The couple who sexually abused me when I was 4-8 years old is still walking freely around my hometown; one’s a doctor, and the other a magistrate. I’m 32 now. I don’t have it in me to pursue a civil lawsuit, much less a criminal one, because I’d be torn apart in the name of seeking justice, and I’ve only just recently started gluing myself back together. It’s done all the time, not only to the victim by the perpetrators, but by the judicial system. The way young women, though they are minors, are “slut-shamed” by lawyers is disgusting. Suicides happen after cross examinations. There was a case about that not too long ago in SC. It’s part of the purity culture sickness of making young women responsible for the actions of men and the whole “boys will be boys” and “why would you wear that and cause them to have sinful thoughts.” It’s the same mentality that tells girls and women they’re supposed to live as asexual beings until they get married when they’re supposed to magically become every fulfillment of their husband’s needs and desires.
"Innocent until proven guilty" only applies to "in the eyes of the law." We as outside observers - and, more importantly, not jurors - can absolutely look at the evidence available to us and make our own decisions. When I was SA many years ago, I never said anything because I was scared his friends would beat me up. It was that simple for my 17 year old mind. I was scared that if anything happened to him because of me that something worse would happen to me because people wouldn't believe me. Years later I told my mom and she had no reaction to it, not even concern or anger. So that painted a picture how most people would treat me in my eyes. So I understand why people are scared to go up against their abusers especially when they have a lot of power and would most likely deny any wrongdoing. My assailant just said we had "sex" to people.

No one”puts themselves” in that situation. There should NEVER be an expectation that this will happen to you. This is victim blaming rhetoric. The only people to blame are the perpetrators.
To a point you're correct. What if you're a rich American in Mexico and you decide to go off the beaten path although locals told you its not safe and "explore". All Victims are not the same. There are so many life experiences that factor into how to proceed with civil litigation. I hope these victims can get the peace they are wanting and deserve.
There are aspects of this case that remind of the case against Larry Nasser. He used his position as the team Dr. for USA women's gymnastics to sexually abuse young girls. These girls reported him many times but they were never taken seriously. I think he was doing this for over 30 years before a reporter started looking into it and talked to a few of the victims. Then the flood gates blew open and hundreds of victims came forward. A lot of people looked the other way, so similar to Diddy.
Some people who weren't as quiet/compliant were conveniently kept off the team or less likely to be selected. Speaking up is punished until enough people do so. I don't understand how anyone could vilify people for not speaking up earlier.
I have listened to this press conference twice (I couldn’t digest it all the first time) and have no words to describe what I can only call a horror this story is. I have never in my life heard of such atrocities outside of war. To think Evil like this walks among us in our society every day. Be kind, do not tolerate cruelty to yourself or others and get law enforcement immediately if you witness anything like this anywhere. Let’s look out for each other.
FFS I did not come forward about a family member. Can you imagine coming toward on your own believing you are alone and will not be believed against someone with the money and power of this despicable human? Why now?! Anyone asking that question needs to THINK!!! They are safer now to speak than ever before!
These victims deserve justice, even if the only justice they can still get is civil. So many of these people reported it either to law enforcement or hospitals. How many lives broken by Diddy and his criminal enterprise. Many suffered the physical and mental abuse that they have had to pay the expenses out of their own pockets. I hope they get all of the corrupt parties.
As a victim of child sa, i can say i held myself responsible for decades. I didnt understand grooming. And if my abuser came up for something like this, i would be more compelled to join, not for the money, but to show a pattern of behavior. It is emboldening to have a group saying the same thing as opposed to the lone accuser. I would be ok in standing up to help get justice.
Realistically it’s a lot more people and ages that young that we know about. Those are only the ones who have called in. Imagine all the other victims who have not even come forward to add to all those figures.
This is horrendous and in my opinion this lawyer is doing a great services for these individuals! Any money he makes will be more than earned! It is hard to hear these things and imagine a life that they have lived! This is a first step in holding these individuals accountable and proven, there is not enough money or punishment to make up for their inhumane acts! We need to have a national conversation about human exploitation and find ways to warn innocents and provide justice!🙏🏻👍🏻😢
Being a past victim, money seems gross until I realize that state takes money in name of restitution, as I needed money for psychology, which was delayed , my life was delayed I had to work and try to catch up after wasting time waiting on help, so taking the money would saved me from being judged and torched by the courts system and at least money would given me some resources to not lose so many years to get the help, , and alot of problems come over years not all at once , so don't judge victims for taking the money they will need it , to get real help, and not the local free clinic, that moves you through the system without personalized treatment,
Yes, I was sexually, physically, and severely psychologically abused as a child, and it has lasting deleterious effects on your life, without you even being aware of it. Money would help mitigate some of that and pay for the psychological help needed.
@AuntTatTat oh yeah I'm great I was one of the lucky ones, I'm debited to the ones that don't make it , I went to work in mental hospital and learned so much, over the 6 years, what happened to me was bot good but to those that never get thier mind back, to those you think that life is just the norm, to the ones that pick up drugs to deal with horrible reality of thier life, I made it , I got lucky , all owe it to them to live a best life as we can, and make it good, perfect imperfections ,cause we have a choice and some never get one, or know they had one .
I pray for justice for these victims! This is just disgusting! I'm glad to also see such an experienced attorney taking this on. Don't forget how much time and money it will take to put all these cases together. It will cost a fortune. He is earning what he makes on this.
Thanks Peter and everyone who donates. I live in western NC, we haven't had power for a week, but we are blessed to have a home when so many around us lost everything. I took off work to cut an access to help some friends trapped on the mountain. The devastation is worse than you can imagine and the atmosphere is so somber on the ground there. It is truly guy wrenching seeing complete towns wiped away. Our beautiful mountains are changed forever
I pray that this case makes people DO or SAY something, not stand by and watch, not just let it happen. People who are silent give their power away - and it is not just when the perpetrator is someone with money and/or power.

We have to tell our kids, if an executive of any sort tells you they will advance your career in exchange for a meeting one-on-one, RUN. We can't control where our kids are at all times.
This is why sex education is so important. No we are not teaching kids in kindergarten how to have intercourse. But we should be teaching them about their bodies and which parts are okay and not okay for others to touch. Teach them that they are allowed to say no when something makes them uncomfortable. Teach them to never be ashamed for what others do but to tell mom/dad/a safe person if anyone has made them uncomfortable. Even if that person told them to keep it a secret. We need to be able to talk to our kids about this so they know they can talk to us in turn if something happens. No one likes uncomfortable conversations but it can save lives. (In no way am I saying the kids should have prevented this or anything insane like that, just that research has shown that kids who are taught these things are less likely to become a victim to awful adults, and are more likely to get the help they need before things get even worse).
There is always the ability of the companies that will file for bankruptcy similar to Johnson and Johnson with the Talcome Powder suits. Many people have died waiting for bankruptcy courts.
You do not we’ve seen it time and again but remember we live in a fallen world run by evil and Hollywood no exception. There are good ppl but they fall too and are just outnumbered by the most powerful, power corrupts imo. ;)
There was a very odd and disturbing video I saw of Combs with a few people and a young teenage blonde girl. He was bragging about having "adopted" her. I seem to remember him mentioning that she was homeless but I may be wrong. It unnerved me at the time but since these allegations have happened, I really wonder where she is and what happened to her
While I believe that Puff needs to be held absolutely accountable and get the book thrown at him & those disgusting individuals who’ve participated…I think what people really should understand is that ultimately he’s a mob boss. He’s a gangster. There are many people I believe were forcefully put into a situation like hotel staff, restaurant staff, pilots, drivers etc. Not everyone can come forward. This man takes out those who disobey him or go against him. I think there are a lot of people who participated and a lot of people who had no choice but to participate. This man is a level of higher power than most can understand. Police, politicians, celebrities all in his pocket…who’s gonna believe Joe Blow that works at the Plaza as a front desk manager?
What a time to be alive! What a pleasure to share the journey of justice we will hopefully embark on 🙏 Wishing strength and healing to all the survivors involved 💞
Xylazine is a cutting agent for fentanyl. It is NOT ketamine. But it definitely is a tranquilizer for large animals. At first Xylazine was being diverted from veterinarians and the like but now Xylazine is made in Mexico using Chinese precursors for the purpose of cutting Cartel made fentanyl.
People like Amber Heard, Rachel E. Woods, and Casey Anthony have made it difficult for me to just blindly believe accusations. In this case?? Hey Peter... I usually have to watch on the rewatch crew because I'm not available during your lives. I just want to tell you that you are not doing anything wrong when it comes to your thumbnail or your approach to the law or anything else. I watch you because I enjoy your content and I learn about the processes that go on in court in this country. I first found you during the Theranos trial. I've learned recently that if someone can find something to gripe about they will if they are that type of person. If I were you I would have one thumbnail for everything and it would be of me smiling and trying to welcome people into my channel. The subject matter might be bleak but being able to learn about it with someone who actually knows what they're talking about is a privilege. Thank you for all that you do, Shannon
Finally had time to listen to this. Thank you for your break down and always neutral responses. I love learning how lawyers look from both perspectives. 1) Danity Cain- I saw an interview a while back where Aubry O’Day stated that she told years ago and no one did anything. 2) the $$ thing was interesting. This makes sense as to why JLo and Ben broke up. Split them assets and break that relationship before your name is included in the muck and the axe hits. Smart.
In cases against someone this big, wealthy & powerful a well known, successful attorney is necessary. The attorney needs to be able to take on the giant attorney’s someone like Diddy will hire. A small attorney would get buried by a big law firm. Diddy’s lawyers need an attorney & law firm they know won’t back down and has a record of success. Clients deserve to have the strength in a law firm necessary to back them. The strength of this lawyer & his law firm is probably what gave many of these victims additional confidence to come forward. The fact that this lawyer took these cases speaks to the strength of their cases. If I need an attorney- I want the best in the area of specialty of the case I can afford and feel confident with. These poor victims have a lot to go through in the legal case. A good lawyer will also know the mental health resources to support the client as well as build a strong relationship of trust. Lawyers are expensive yet a good lawyer definitely earns their income. The resources they have built into their firm & person are invaluable.
During the first press conference that announced his arrest, the words that I remember most, was for victims to please report crikes he did against you...
Do you think Sarah Boone would be hurt to know PDiddy's case is more current/pertinent to her case? I appreciate your coverage of all cases and your seemingly unbiased comments. I look for something new everyday.
It is important that he managed to gather so many victims, that have very similar experiences. And their experiences are recorded before the MO went public. It adds veracity to it all. Ofc there were some rumors about what was going on. But if many victims share some specific detail that was not made public before... that is a huge point.
I’m all for getting justice for victims, whether it be criminally or financially. I’ve heard Mr. Buzbee, because of his resemblance to the governor of Florida, referred to as Con DeSantis. Sending love to all the victims
What happens in the dark eventually comes to light. I've seen this in my own life and I've seen it in the world. Perpetrators have limited time to get away with their crimes. Glad Diddy is stopped and in custody. Chances of him ever getting out of custody are extremely slim it would appear.🕯️
I follow hip-hop & rap less than the sea urchin population off the coast of Somalia and I've heard about P. Dummy's parties for 20 years. Shouldn't be a shock to anyone. The violence and vulgarity in his lyrics tell this story. It's my hope others like say, LeBron James, who's been scandal free, doesn't get swept up in this mess.
@@johng4093 The guy's been under a microscope for 20 years and to my knowledge nobody has questioned his integrity. But you're right, I don't know him. The reason I used his name is because of a clip I saw of him talking to Dr. Feelgood about his parties. There's a bunch of scared people right now attempting to destroy hard drives and text messages. People still haven't learned about digital footprints.
Hope he does , funny how takes a guy from across the planet to have commonsense, he went from bragging about kilos to taking advantage of women or b…. N ho. S
I just wonder if some of the abusers are claiming they were victims, so they won’t be prosecuted. Kevin Hart was saying Diddy made me do it. I hope some of big celebrities get prosecuted.
Well, I think that its fair to investigate the people who were at the parties. Being at the parties places them at or near scenes of crimes. Whether they should be put on trial/charged with anything is up for debate pending what's found during the investigations.

Same this is the 4th time because it's just that bad
"Justice has tentacles" Peter Tragos Attorney at Law 😂❤ need this on a shirt
Yes!😊
FFS I did not come forward about a family member. Can you imagine coming toward on your own believing you are alone and will not be believed against someone with the money and power of this despicable human? Why now?! Anyone asking that question needs to THINK!!! They are safer now to speak than ever before!
I was behind on the live but..... I hope these victims can heal from this 😥
These victims deserve justice, even if the only justice they can still get is civil.
Yes! We will never know the complete devastation of his filthy mind ...
Tons wont. They've tried to forget about those tragic events.
A guy on TikTok is saying that 1000 bottles of baby oil is really liquid ecstasy. Time will tell.
I can't even imagine how awful this was for you😢 I hope you have been able to move forward and have a happy fulfilled life❤
@AuntTatTat oh yeah I'm great I was one of the lucky ones, I'm debited to the ones that don't make it , I went to work in mental hospital and learned so much, over the 6 years, what happened to me was bot good but to those that never get thier mind back, to those you think that life is just the norm, to the ones that pick up drugs to deal with horrible reality of thier life, I made it , I got lucky , all owe it to them to live a best life as we can, and make it good, perfect imperfections ,cause we have a choice and some never get one, or know they had one .
Wow Peter! You always impress me with your faith, grace and kindness! W you've added generosity!
I pray for justice for these victims! This is just disgusting! I'm glad to also see such an experienced attorney taking this on. Don't forget how much time and money it will take to put all these cases together. It will cost a fortune. He is earning what he makes on this.
I appreciate Peter and his values a lot.
Down with Diddy!! 👏
Justice for all the victims 💖
55% filed reports! Wow… that’s alarming.
Watching you from NC and a generator!! Lol. Blessed to have that.
I live in NC and I just sent supplies to the mountains. Sending prayers.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
❤ what a beautiful soul, it made me smile ear to ear when I heard you all are donating to those in need after the hurricane. Bless you.
25 minors……should make him super popular in lockup
I pray that this case makes people DO or SAY something, not stand by and watch, not just let it happen. People who are silent give their power away - and it is not just when the perpetrator is someone with money and/or power.
Thank you. I love tat you cover all angles
Wow! So generous of you Peter for matching!
I can't believe nobody mentioned the obvious reason more people are coming forward now; he's locked up, and they feel safer.
Thanks for staying on Adelson case as well Kolberger,Diddy,Mia,Murdaugh and more! Like watching your prospective and following you.Glad your safe and family in hurricane.😇😇😇
Le Freak C'est Chic!
You make lawyers and the judicial system a bit more human(e). Thank you for that. And this was an excellent video 👌🏻
Thank you for your coverage, Peter!
There is a picture of Danny Masterson with Diddy and he went to jail for drugging and raping his victims also.
Makes me wonder about Ashton Kutcher as friends with both Danny Masterson and Diddy.
Replay crew! 🫶🏽 Thank you Peter for continuing to discuss this case. As a fellow survivor, I hope that all of his victims receive the justice that they deserve. 💞
From NC, I thank you Tragos family!!!!! From a long time subscriber and gen X er!!
Thank you Peter for every thing you do
Kind of disgusting to think that if they're rich enough, they won't be exposed? Hope I have this wrong.
You do not we’ve seen it time and again but remember we live in a fallen world run by evil and Hollywood no exception. There are good ppl but they fall too and are just outnumbered by the most powerful, power corrupts imo. ;)
It’s a fact this shit has been going on for a long long time. Just other ppl haven’t filmed it.
They won’t be exposed. Kardashians were involved in the RICO case and they haven’t been exposes public ally yet. They were moving money for Diddy
Yep old schools meeting new schools
I don't thinks its right to tell vicitms what they should or shouldn't do. Its not on them to stop the predators.
Good evening Peter. Hope all is well for you and your family🌸
Watching on replay.
There was a very odd and disturbing video I saw of Combs with a few people and a young teenage blonde girl. He was bragging about having "adopted" her. I seem to remember him mentioning that she was homeless but I may be wrong. It unnerved me at the time but since these allegations have happened, I really wonder where she is and what happened to her
Yes! Amber! She was 9 years old when he "said" he "adopted" her! Where is she? I saw that video.
FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! Nevermind Diddy making Michael Jackson look like Mother Theresa... you are looking like Mother Theresa. I am BLOWN AWAY.
What a time to be alive!
What a pleasure to share the journey of justice we will hopefully embark on 🙏
Wishing strength and healing to all the survivors involved 💞
I agree w your opinion. Buzby can represent these victims that could never afford his firm. This is a good use of civil court.
One of my favorite drama channels covers this extensive but I was dying to listen to your perspective.. I enjoyed your take very much.
One of my favorite drama channels covers this extensive but I was dying to listen to your perspective.. I enjoyed your take very much.
Thank you so much Peter . As usual great information and education.
People like Amber Heard, Rachel E. Woods, and Casey Anthony have made it difficult for me to just blindly believe accusations. In this case?? I think we haven’t even scratched the surface of what horrors have been done to people and I 100% believe. Katt, Jaguar, 50 cent, and a slew of others have been calling this out for a very long time. Now go get ‘em!!!
25 minors????? A 9 year old little boy????? Are you kidding me?? He is sick!!!
Thank you for being so thoughtful to help others.
Peter your a good man I admire you for many different reasons ❤️
Great coverage
Thank you Peter for everything!!
Such a generous and kind offer to match donations, Peter! Just submitted mine. 😇
The victim blaming is sick from people on the internet.
drugging someone without their knowledge and taking advantage of someone is a horrible despicable crime
Thank you Peter for being you. I will donate and I shared with all my Instagram friends. God bless you alwayas.
That lawyer looks totally disgusted and angry!! I wouldn’t want him pissed at me!!!
Awesome that LYK uses his platform to raise funds for those who lost part or all of their homes 👏👍🙏
29:43 love this channel so much. Thank you!!
Diddy's sick nasty azz is DONE! 120 victims and counting
Smart.
25 minors? Ohh no.....that is heartbreaking
How could this go on for so long? If he hurt children, then I hope he rots in jail.. 😢
Diddy plea’s not guilty is a crime in itself😂😂😂
I agree with you on these people getting call out on theses awful charges, prayers for all the victims, so sad 😢
I pray this will stop this madness!
They can get both the money and go to the Feds to see if they’ll take your case or have you testify to help out him away….
Never let this man out!!
I’m all for getting justice for victims, whether it be criminally or financially. I’ve heard Mr. Buzbee, because of his resemblance to the governor of Florida, referred to as Con DeSantis. Sending love to all the victims
I was thinking the exact thing!!!!!
@@barbarabannasch3458 The resemblance is stark!
No one criticises a surgeon, pro football player, or architect for being successful in thier trade...why do they do it to attorneys? I dont understand
Condolences to the victims.
I hope no animals were involved too
My heart breaks for the victims
What happens in the dark eventually comes to light. I've seen this in my own life and I've seen it in the world. Perpetrators have limited time to get away with their crimes. Glad Diddy is stopped and in custody. Chances of him ever getting out of custody are extremely slim it would appear.🕯️
I thought the attorney's statement was powerful; masterfully done!
Not Lebron!!!!😂
Wouldn't surprise me at all if he was involved.
N ho. S
This is very tough to listen to the things done to these young ladies and men. It is disgusting.
I'm highly inspired.
Please spill some sugar about the bi-weekly stuff you mentioned.
I just wonder if some of the abusers are claiming they were victims, so they won’t be prosecuted.
Kevin Hart was saying Diddy made me do it.
I hope some of big celebrities get prosecuted.
Are they going to go after all those celebrities that was invited to diddy party, just because they were there? That’s crazy and ridiculous
Well, I think that its fair to investigate the people who were at the parties. Being at the parties places them at or near scenes of crimes. Whether they should be put on trial/charged with anything is up for debate pending what's found during the investigations.
Where is the little girl he "adopted?"
Her name was Ava~
Sue Jennifer Lopez too. She looked the other way.
