Ahhhhh! Thats my favourite place to go~ There's a corella named Ollie in the larger parrot Aivary whos a bit of a velcro bird, once hes on you he wont get off XD
pint-o-taffy because there not a hostile species that why there not attacking but with territorial things like the aviary it's maybe because they were all raised together
Something like this needs to be done for rescued birds. I’m sure there are some somewhere but there need to be more. And people need to stop buying parrots from pet stores (or any animal from pet stores for that matter).
Richie V. I think that's a rosella of some sort? There are several species of rosella and I don't know them well but you could probably find out online.
There are a few things for constructing birdhouses: Give yourself plenty time. Use ready made boat templates. (I read about these and more from Aviary Magic Method website )
most of these birds have been hand reared/pets, but the most important factor would be the size of the aviary, it's large enough for everyone to have their own space :)
Yeah it is pretty sad... I was offered a job there to volunteer like 3-4 years ago but I declined because the birds aren't in very good condition. I hate to see them eating seed, whenever I used to visit I used to bring pellets and little treats like nuts and stuff because I felt bad for them (I had 2 birds at the time). Most of the birds are pretty friendly and are healthy but there are a few that I worry about and I would personally take home and look after myself and give them to someone who will love them and provide the right time and care for them. About 70-80% of them are rescues, most of the macaw however were bought by them and raised.

BEAUTIFUL BIRDS! BIRD AVIARY AWESOME!
Beautiful birds...
This is so cool! I'm just wondering how they get all the big birds to not bite or attack the smaller ones. All the species there are so beautiful!
pint-o-taffy because there not a hostile species that why there not attacking but with territorial things like the aviary it's maybe because they were all raised together
cool
Also they are in a bug avairy so plenty of room to escape if feel threatened
Absolutely LOVE your videos
aww thank you!
I have updated ones of my most recent visit to this aviary! here is the link ua-cam.com/video/kHNP0kCiuXw/v-deo.html it's in 6 parts :)
I can only imagine with all these birds there must be quite a strick pecking order.
Fun thank you 🤩🤩🤩💖💖
How do all the species get along ?
Especially with so many nest boxes and nesting opportunities....
the size of the aviary allows them all to have their own space :)

This is awesome
I got a pet eclelectus parrot but she's remembered the day my brother's friend smacked her, for this day she hates children and only accepts adults
This is awesome💓💖
I just learned an eclectus parrot is flying around my neighborhood. I'm going to try catching it, someone let it go on purpose.
it's more likely it escaped than intentionally let go, we shouldn't really assume the worst. hopefully it's found soon though!
excellent
Where is that place exactly?? I'm interested in visiting the place

6:37! I see Loli!!!!
What do they do in the winter with the birds?
Australian winters are still warm enough to have a light jumper, so the birds are unaffected :)
Yeah how do the birds not fight??? pls tell me your secret 😢😢😢😢😢😢
