    Midfield terminal took 11 years to build and morphed several times, and on the plus side survived the demise of A380

    I thought at first this Terminal would be named "new" Terminal 3, and be occupied almost exclusively by Etihad, and maybe the other local based airlines such as Wizz Air AD, Air Arabia, etc then The now vacating Terminals 1&3 to integrate into one and become a new extended Terminal 1 for the bulk of the foreign airlines serving AUH, except for (I think) Air India Express and Air Blue at Terminal 2, minimising the need to use remote stands as often; now it appears as if everything is moving to the new Terminal, and now I'm wondering what will happen to T1, T2 & T3
