Oh well. I don’t eat over salt and all papar n achar. There is already natural salt in beans and vegetables. For example I make scrambled eggs n don’t add salt at all but when I eat, it’s already have enough salt. Thank god I don’t eat anything what ever you mentioned. If I eat canned food I choose low sodium canned food.
