Drinking age was 18 in my time.
A punishment that's seared into my memory is being made to pour an entire case, short 2 beers, of ice cold Old Milwaukee, one by one, onto the ground next to my car. 1969 Nova.
And we didn't have another $4.80 to buy another one. Cop was a real A-hole right? Little did he know that my buddy had a dime bag of "red haired Cince" tucked up under his 🥜's (about $40 worth today)

I've watched this before but hadn't noted what was printed on your tee shirt here. DUH, I don't know why, but with my vision so poor I finally got the words with bullet holes included figured out.

The first family car I got to enjoy was a 1964 Chevy Impala; the back seat was the ultimate crib. After my sister came along, they decided to trade it in for a station wagon. It was a 1966 Chevy Impala Station Wagon, of course. Then the gas crisis hit, and he got a white Ford Pinto to go back and forth to work. I used to have to clean accumulated tar off the lower panels with a tooth brush and some noxious solvent on a semi-regular basis. I learned a lot about patience, and possibly some other things from that (like never buy a Ford Pinto).
I love the second gear scratch she leaves! Must be hella fun driving her!
When you first show up and the guy says "yeah, say you can go back there and park by the dumpsters and we'll get rid of it for you after the show." People just don't truly understand as to what this car was and what it became. Seems everyone thinks you shot it up yourself? Oh and why aren't you going to "fix" it? Holey Goat, it is fixed! By the way love that shirt!

When you said it use to look worse during the video it made me think you need to make one of those boards/signs that shows the Holey Goat when you got it and some photos of it along the way to its beautiful looking shape now.

my old c6 trans from 1970 with OE rubber in it whines and does some other funky stuff. i could work on it but it still propels the car down the road.
