With the "Building your dream house" thing, the UA-camr Grian actually built a house in Minecraft and worked with an architect to actually make it. It definitely can work if you have the resources for it.
Man, everything about your videos is just so good. Switching between first person and a different point of view the way you do works brilliantly, the builds are always astoundingly good, and the music gives a nostalgic feel even though it's only been two days since I started watching.

Man, you inspired me to get back to minecraft with your no plan series and your podcast time speech. Tomorrow me and some friends will start a server. Love from spain.
I’m always loving these no plan builds, always helps jog my inspiration and imagination! It also helps my building skill, learning the tricks you use in your builds
There's a mod called "Shuffle," I believe. It kind of acts like the trowel mod where you can place blocks randomly in your hot bar but shuffle is a client side version where you can press a key to activate it or deactivate it, I find it useful for when it comes to having variation in a build. It's both forge and fabric, so regardless of the launcher type it should work and it's fairly vanilla friendly.
One thing I’ve learnt recently about Minecraft and your own creations is that if you actually do just go with the flow and stop hating on yourself and trusting what you like or don’t like rather than favouring tutorials you will enjoy the game more
Honestly flow I found you pretty recently and I cannot tell you enough how much I love your videos. They're very well put together and the end product always looks phenomenal. Keep it up man, you're doing amazing
The relationship flow has with his fans is something I think every UA-camr should strive for.. just the way he’s so friendly and happy around them is so wholesome and I think it’s something everyone should want. There’s no overreacting everyone is chill and happy to see each other and I find that amazing
12:41 thats what im doing right now. Im having an extention to my balcony being built and Im building it in minecraft to show them what it would look like.
I love all the shenanigans with your visitors. You should totally continue the building with no plan series and do some episodes on the flow SMP. Also I’ll make sure to join it once I get back from my vacation.
I love the idea of the window through the chimney, I used to have a house with one that would have a pretty good spot for a window at the end of the hall but the chimney was in the way. The only thing is the soot that would cover up that window and you'd have to make sure it's closed when lighting a fire lol, It looks super awesome!
most beautiful scenery and build I've ever seen Flow make and I f*#cking love it. Great job Flow! On that mountain you could make a ski resort seeing as you can make race cars in Minecraft now it should be easy for you to make a gondola and some jumps
All the random people in there it makes this mansion come to live a lot more, like they are actually using the couch and stuff instead of me having to imagine it xD
Man this is impressive, i remember building a sand castle in an a small island with wheat farms and stuff, i wasn't a good builder but with enough imagination it turned out amazing, man i really feel playing Minecraft smp again😂
I don't know if you usually do this and I've just now noticed or you've only done it for this video, but those bird noises are amazing. It perfectly fits that Colorado vibe you mentioned at the start. That little ambience makes the build even better.
i like your building style where you just kinda build I'm very restrictive with my style (not that I don't like it or its bad). Whenever I build houses I almost always build with frames for a couple of reasons I like the kinda grounding in reality building with a frame does and I do a couple of other things to do that and i like the way it comes out i think the way i build looks good (i mean 10 years or whatever of refining my style helps) but at the moment I'm feeling building is a little stale and i want to be able to kinda let go a bit more when building but I'm very perfectionist and its hard to let go ngl. just kinda ranting and admiring your freedom when it comes to expression. keep up the good work
Also, I think froglights in the pool would look better than the sea lanterns. Having maybe the purple ones in there would add some good "mood lighting" especially with the shaders. This whole house reminds me of an Until Dawn situation where it's the type of house that a group of friends would go to as some sort of annual tradition and spend something like a weekend or a week and make memories together. That being said, I think the froglight coloring would add a much better vibe for some sort of "chill party" situation. Just imagining going into a heated pool in the cold Colorado weather with purple lights at my feet and looking down at the valley village with a group of good friends gives me such a cozy vibe. This is one of my favorite no plan videos yet! The reason for that I think is the vibe that, as my other comment mentioned, the bird ambience brings. The whole video has such a cozy feel to it and the build really makes me want to snuggle by one of the windows with a good book as the stars dangle over the earth. Also, I love the feel the original videos bring where its just you in singleplayer building what you will. That being said, I love the ones on the SMP too because of the interactions with these strangers all brought together by the love of the build. This video is, in my opinion, the perfect mix of the two. There's plenty of you just building as if it's singleplayer, but also some nice "relief" as people come up and down to take a gander at your progress. Anyways, apologies for the long comment, but in summary, this is a fantastic video. Thank you for making these, Flow Ross!
Flow I’ve been watching for a few months now, just wanna say the way these videos are structured really is inspiring and helps get them creative juices flowing. Much love from NY 💯💯
i love how in your last building video, you mentioned how building with deepslate is kindof out of your comfort zone, and now I see you used it on the roof in this video. very cool to see you changing as you go (*^^*)
Been Binging your channel. Can't help but want to get better at building, and your lack of a plan and just going roughly without a specific outline and structure to your builds are really inspiring.
Hey flow, just a quick susgestion 😅 I think instead of using stair blocks for the couches in the living spaces and guest room, I would recommend (and this is something i do too) building with maybe wool or another block choice with slabs next to it (of your choice). I think this desigh of a couch is way more easthetic and realistic, even though you cannot actually sit on these blocks. Keep up the fantastic work Flow! ❤❤
Hey man, just want to say your vids bring so much joy and relaxion and i say that not just for me but for a lot of us. Keep posting these absalute W vids no matter what. We all appreciate it much love 😊
WoooW incredibly good. Looks totally cool! I really like your roof style, using full blocks instead of stairs. You could build more modern stuff, I think they fit you. :DD
if you ever revisit this house you could totally make the garage roof a guest bedroom they have detached houses and garages stuff like that all over colorado
bro love ur vids and ur castle builds have really inspired me to make my own! keep up the great work and dont let anything bring you down! stay positive :D ❤
I think the subscription model is pretty understandable for a Minecraft SMP as many MMORPGS operate with a subscription service. And it can be hard to make a profit without stuffing the server with PTW.
Just wanted to say or so good at building like ur 200 times better then me the way u add so much detail and blend a little of blocks in and just being good at building is so amazing 😊
there was a sub at my school who mentioned how he used minecraft to design a plane tarmac that actually got used. He went into logistics and math it was really intriguing.
Small quirk i find funny: my guy always writes window in the search bar before remember mc only has glass 😂 But i must say, the whole atmosphere is quite cozy, i like it very much 😳👌
With the "Building your dream house" thing, the UA-camr Grian actually built a house in Minecraft and worked with an architect to actually make it. It definitely can work if you have the resources for it.
pretty sure he just built his real life house in minecraft. correct me if im wrong
He did do that though he might've also done the thing the first guy said I'm not sure.
@@LucasRodriguez-vl8il he did a renovation actually, Minecraft based
I remember hearing about a playground that was designed in mc years ago
It was actually his backyard that he designed in minecraft, and then had it renovated based off of his design
this dude is like bob ross but instead of painting hes into minecraft architecture i love it
i was thinking that too lol
Now I realize why ppl love bob ross lol
I wanna be like him in UA-camr way, like in artist way
no intro, just straight building. Keep it up flow
I just came home and the first thing I see is a Flowstate video 39s ago:)

Hell yeah dude
An off-road vehicle/truck or something would've definitely made a lot more sense in the garage than a race car lol
As someone who lives in Colorado this definitely looks like houses that i have seen up in the mountains! U did amazing!!

8:50 OMG, I couldn't stop laughing at the fact you tried to type 'window'!! Instead of glass at first. Love the videos.
Haha I know yeah
Awesome video dude, I love how long it is. Your videos are so relaxing after a long day

this video has a nice flow to it
a nice…flow?
14:58 Probably the best shot of the house for me. Looks absolutely gorgeous, def gonna take inspiration from this build.
When Flow says if you don't know what to put in your Build just put barrels In it Honestly I do exactly that.
I love the idea of the window through the chimney, I used to have a house with one that would have a pretty good spot for a window at the end of the hall but the chimney was in the way.
