Dominar have more power and torque then bullet 350 so, ofcourse it will win.
But if you compare dominar and classic 500,then classic 500 have more torque but less power, which means classic 500 can pull more weight then dominar.
Torque=Elephant, elephant can lift more weight but can't run fast.
Power=cheetah, cheetah can run fast but can't carry weight.

Yes the 500 vibrates a lot but the thing is you can add 40kg + luggage and a pillion and still can cruise on a highway easily.... that's the reason why most of the people choose RE for ladakh trip

I have both ...bajaj dominor 400 and classic 350.... Classic 350 is around 4 years old....i ride domi400 for about 2 months and i don't know why but now i just don't want to sit on it...when i woke up in morning and want a rode then i always pick up classic 350.....may be i am dumb...but i like it and i ride it....

A vibrator running with 1930 technology & never ending relaiblity issues. Talking about road presence, trust me My 2017 200ns Has more road presence than the steel skeleton.. I had a heated argument with my father selecting NS over RE classic. He was even ready to pay the entire amount if I go for RE.. But I ended up buying NS200 with my own hard earned & literally I am happy 😊 I can comfortably go for long trips without worrying about breakdown. I can hit twisties confidently on weekend rides..

Some guys are much interested in buying old models so that their individuality will be there, thats y some are buying old models. Practically and specifications wise Dominar 400 is better, RE is good for vintage feel.
But the point is that many people buy RE by wrong thinking that it's the most powerful bike and nothing can beat it.

I don't know why motorbeam is comparing dominar with classic series. Royal Enfield are not at all meant to be used in drag races, in other words, it's not at all meant for a racing type of stuff, it is meant to be ridden slow. I totally agree that it can't match the performance of the dominar totally agreed. But the comparison of these two bikes are inappropriate as both these bikes are of different breeds. Just kept my point of view :)

me and my friend circle have owned bike from almost all categories ( other then superbikes) even a few of the liter bikes. Its a machine it will run as you treat it. If you treat it well it runs good for years.... If you misbehave with it, it will treat you the same way. Afterall a bike is a guys first girlfriend.
Rest about dominor.... Yes I agree its a good bike.... Being a bajaj product it will be roadworthy for approx 2 years then it belongs to the junk yard. And RE remain road worthy for more then 20-30 years. My friend ownes one from 1979 and it still has the same grace on road as back then, it was his father's bike. Yup fuel consumption is a bit high. But koi baat nahi haathi pala hai to khilayenge he.

RE is not a racing bike. Eventhough dominar has ABS feature , more chances of accidents since they run in 2 wheels. ABS won't work for 2 wheelers. If we lose balance everything is over.

Dominar wins because it have more power and torque then bullet 350. Classic 500 have more torque but less power,it still lost to dominar because ⬇️
Torque=Elephant, elephant can lift more weight but can't run fast.
Power=cheetah, cheetah can run fast but can't carry weight.

Singh A my Dominar turns more heads than RE. Though I enjoyed on bullet, Dominar is much more fun to ride and is more refined.

Point is that both of them are made for different purposes. RE was never made to be fast. It is made for touring. Pulsar on the other hand is made for speed and same goes for dominar. Their rival is TVS Apache or Yamaha kind of bikes. RE rivals are UM Renegade or Harley kind of bikes.
RE is a heavy bike, if they want a drag race RE continental GT would have been a great contender.
Bullet becomes common bike.. Nothing new.. No one comes to ask you about your RE... But Dominar catches more eyes... Its look is distinctive.. In night its LED lights makes it different from others

Cant say much about Dominar but, I have a RE Classic 500 DS and a Duke 390 2017 and I usually preffer riding the classic 500 over duke 390 in day-to-day use. Duke is in my case more of an occasional ride like for weekends or early morning rides.
BTW.. RE is not ment for racing

People don't buy REs for DRAG RACES. They buy it for the feel these bikes provide . Pulsars are good for race and REs for comfort

First dominar was rage den once my bullet got heated it made suck the dominar... 1977 model king of national high.. And bullet is not about racing winning n Al... Bullet s Al about a feel abt the soul when kick the kicker and start the bike and a ride with tht sound dug dug dug... We fall n love.. May b girls men kids vil fall fo dominar but legend vil fall fo RE vintage series....

Its Sad to know that the new generation of bikers don't know the difference between a cruiser and a racer. RE makes you feel royal, other sports bike make you feel faster. RE is like a king ruling the road with the other bikers showing off to impress and get the attention. No hard feelings, but all i wanted to say is that 500 cc in a bike with 41.3 Nm @ 4000 rpm is built to travel long distance with your luggage without you bike saying i need rest. Its a pleasure riding it. there will be 100 brands of racer bikes but still Royal Enfield will stand aside. that's Legend
