Great to see you kids are alive and well in your almost complete home in Idaho! BTW, it looks fantastic! Have a wonderful trip to your boat and for goodness sake, eats lots of TACOS!
Oh Man, so glad to hear from you! Fantastic progress, especially over the long winter up in the great Northwest. We sold our Pairadice after traveling south through the canal and ended up on the east coast in South Carolina and sold her to a great couple from BC. Now we are also developing our land here in southern Nevada. Please keep up with the updates! Cheers, John & Tracey, MVPairadice(sold)
Thanks for the update. Amazed by the amount of progress. I hope you will have good internet access in Mexico so we can have a couple more videos soon :) Have fun & stay safe!

The six foot rule allows for twelve foot apart. It read “ no more than six feet from a device “ remember the neutral only exists in the panel. Your are referring to the ground and grounding( bare wire) . Glad to see square D. . I would have assumed all your lighting is 12 volt. Nice job . For solar look at Will prouse’s channel
You’re probably already installing drywall but …. I’ve installed a bunch of the LED ceiling lights like you’re using and always wired in and solidly secured the little box with the pigtail that comes with the light before drywall just leaving the pigtail accessible for later when the hole is cut in the drywall.
Looks like fantastic progress! Lots of fun yet hard work. Love seeing the updates… how did the wood kiln work out? We’re you able to mill most or all of your own lumber?
I'm trying to get a hold of you because I'm looking at your boat on Yacht world. I've talked to the broker and he said there might be a chance that I could ask you some questions. I'm about to make an offer on the boat but I would like to speak with you first if possible. My name is Dan and I'm not sure how to get a hold of you.
Mozel tov on the electrical rough-in inspection. Glad to hear about progress on the build. Sail-on!

Put the outlet in the floor, get inspected, then floor over it and forget it's there.
