I was going to do an upper body workout today but when it had no warm up or cool down you answered my comment from yesterday which was my sign to do this one. I loved being on the mat the entire time after standing the entire 30 minutes yesterday my glutes are on 🔥 I love when you said you were annoyed that a call came in on your Apple watch. I am annoyed when the mail comes through the mail slot when I am working out and even more annoyed when people tell me I am too rigid and I shouldn't be annoyed lol.
