It’s great to see owners/ leaders that care and tend to the moral obligation to respect and value everyone in the organization. It’s a better experience for entire team and has the byproduct of higher quality and higher profits if employees see that leadership really believes what they preach.
Ryan and Coley, I think highlighting your workers on Facebook is a fantastic way to recognize and value your employees; to help us owners see the faces of those who constructed our second home. Could a similar idea be applied to customers. Perhaps putting their names, a few details about them, and a picture of them on the RV itself during the build process. Or possibly posting owner pictures, names, and details in the brake room. Definitely, would be nice if encouraging letters from customers could be posted and read to the workers, so they know their extra effort is recognized.

Hey 👋 there..we're looking to buy one of your 395ds..5th wheeler...i love this floor plan, but I suggest you redesign the living room with your L-shape couch..you put in your valor..just a thought
