I cant take equiped bench serious
Agree 🇨🇦😎👍
Same
nobody can !!
Try holding over 1300 lbs over your chest then.
Then dont, dont click on a equipped bench record video!!
I can pass along what Gene Rychlak said about benching over 900 lbs: You have to get used to feeling your bones bend. Much respect to anyone for just getting under that much weight :)
thanks for putting that visual into my head 🙃. but now that you mention it, it does seem like way too much weight for natural human bones to withstand without some kind of bending
As a raw lifter who has lifted in equipment several times, equipped lifting is WAY HARDER and more painful. Not my cup of teas either but gotta put some respect on these guys.
Pretty much how much weight can your wrist bones handle before snapping.
Same here.. I pefer raw, but sometimes I use equipped for strenght stimulus. To different sports. Eqally hard, different parameters. Stop hatin goof balls. He'll probably outlift most you by a factor of 2-3 raw, anyways
It just takes practice and once the lifter is familiar with it, he/she can lift several times more than their raw PRs.
wrestling a crocodile is way more harder and way more painful, but who gives a shit
@@vanguard4065 People who get bit probably do....shit.
If you look very closely you can almost see the bar move up and down.
Dude has some strong AF lats to be able to pull 600 KG to his chest!!!
007
???
Equipped vs Raw debates asides... Even without lifting the weight, just holding 600kg/1320lbs in your hands is quite an insane feat in and of itself.
Equipped lifters snap their forearms if they load weight beyond what their bones can tolerate.
EDIT: I prefer Raw competitions by the way in case anyone was wondering.haha And I have always competed Raw in Equipped competitions in my country's IPF affiliate org - because raw competitions weren't a thing in my country years ago. I have been retired from competing for a long time now.
So, don't get it twisted- I have no bias for Equipped lifting.haha I might have a bias for Raw lifting instead.haha
Jimmy signed my shirt at the Arnold. 1401, hopefully I can get another one for the next PR!
hi buddy i see youre on the verge of breaking the 50k sub milestone
just wanted to let you know youre doing a good job and to keep it up with the quality content and that im thankful you cover so many areas of fitness with nice details maybe ill end up on one of your videos lol
SUPER GREAT LIFT
3 inch range of motion belly press
Regardless of not being a fan of equipped I absolutely can not imagine that weight in my hands/arms at that angle. Nope… so on that I am impressed. Insane bone density. Would love to see a dexa scan
Impressive af 👏
OMG
it's INSANE
Bruh my hands would be torn apart by that weight
Anthony Clark used to rep 405 reverse grip.
make sure to like and supscripe.
Yeah yeah "wow it takes so much strength to hold that" it's not powerholding it's powerLIFTING so I can't take that shit seriously
Hard agree.
I never got those comments defending bad form, or lack of ROM
Honestly I wish they would just go back to the single or double inzer shirts..I thought it was more of an even field
600kg🥲that so much
I can do 1000 kg bench for rep with a Forklift as spotter!
For me this is spectacular! I would love to see 700kgs! Will 1 ton be possible? We'll see, I believe so! This man is an incredible machine! Unbelievable! All my respect
This is equivalent to leg pressing heavy weight with 1/4 range of motion
Whats the point of this? Just to say you can lift a certain number? because this type of strength is not functional for anything in life other than this specific lift
That sounds like sumo to me brother 🙏
i think the point is they enjoy it. i also think its ridiculous but to each their own
600 kgs is 600 kgs
600kg with 10 spotters
Like the tom platz video where he squats 500lb for 23 reps and we cant see any plates?
Very bad camera angle.
Close-grip bench is superior to Wide-grip bench.
He would get owned in a raw competition easily
Noti gang gang 🔔
These equipped bench….😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Only equipment uses betas
let him try to beat the back press record. good luck. it’s 5300lbs.
His raw bench not big ,not even 300 kg
Enough with this silliness already. Put that weight in his hands without the multi-ply bench shirt and he would be pinned to the bench within 3 seconds. No human being could hold that weight and lower it so slowly if they were unequipped. And the range of motion is also ridiculously small. Let's look back to the days of Mike MacDonald and Mike Bridges for reference as to what a successful bench press attempt really looks like. A lot of young guys have never seen a legitimate 1RM unequipped competition bench press. "Men of a certain age" aren't dinosaurs. We just had the good fortune of seeing the best powerlifters that ever lived.
Only sumos bench beta
I congratulate his bench shirt(s) and spotters for lifting 300kg while he does the other 300kg in the wrestlers bridge decline.
Also impressed with his multiple reps in the raw wrestlers bridge decline with what appears to be 200kg
It literally states the weight while he's doing it.
Well folks, i was really looking forward to watching this, but after i must say that i am quite disappointed. 🤔
I didnt see here any bench press😅 they do 0 bench press
I think you don't know how equipped training looks like
This guy is literally a troll. Nobody is remotely interested in him.
0 reps :/
Take the shirt off and bench for real
Jimmy can press 405 raw for over 20 reps with a reverse grip. I'd say that's pretty impressive.
Only betas bench equipped
Ridiculous not impressed
Ego lifting on steroids , wonder what Julius Maddox ( the real king of the bench ) thinks of this foolishness 😮
Julius would be flattened to a pancake under 600 kg 😅
@@FelixKg09Not with all that forklift equipment
I 100% guarantee you he respects it. Because only insecure weaklings hate on strength sports that have zero affect on their lives.
@@ZaneGeeting I respect it and I'm sure he respect it but that's not at all what I would do as a Strength sport. I'd rather use me then a suit
@aurelien_le_oreo You're free to do that. What equipped lifters choose to do has zero affect on that.
What happens here is no different than high jumpers complaining about pole vaulting. They're similar yet entirely different sports that don't affect each other at all.
Only betas pull sumo 🙏
Daily reminder that this guy respects equipped lifting 😂
