Differences are that Italy is abit more competent. They took all of North Africa while Germany is doing worse than the British did in our timeline. The Germans left the Italians alone fighting in two fronts, and Italy manage to get Sardinia :p

Hey - Not annexed, just under their control. Similar to what it's like in the base game for the UK.

How did Japan do so poorly? I feel like logically they should have done very well which would have helped out the axis.
A lot of these videos also has japan being its own faction.
