It would have been fun if the developers would have anticipated that players would cheat the temperature to kill Sims, and after like 500° the whole world would just catch on fire Btw, the reason the Sim on fire got extinguished at the end is because Sims can only die on lots, they're immortal while on the streets so I guess the fire just gave up
"why are you dressed like that, you were a science woman two minutes ago, now youre hot af, literally" lmaooo. also, as a teacher, thanks for the solidarity XD this was a great one!
An easy way to understand Fahrenheit is a 0-100 scale. 0 is pretty cold, 100 is pretty hot, 50 is cool. Anything under or over 0 and 100 is pretty extreme
5000°C sounds like an average fire party. Now we finally know how to start proper fire parties in TS3. 🔥But the crying in unison got me screaming 😂 and this was a really great idea for a video. Good job, Ryan 👏
The music that plays when the Grim Reaper appears is so dramatic. It makes me jump every time - even when I know it's coming! 🤣 You should definitely make this again but with the cold weather... In December when it's too cold here in the UK.
“Why is everyone reading???” Lmao, i ask myself this question any time my household goes above 3 sims. After that if they own any books at all theyll just whip them out and read wherever and whenever theyre not doing anything else
I live in the United States and the state I live in gets pretty hot- like 90°F+ And I work delivering packages from a non air conditioned truck. 🥵 So this video seemed fitting for my sweaty ass today 😂
Hey Ryan, hope you're doing well. And good luck in that heatwave, lol. Also, I'm so sorry that I'm a day, almost two days late to your video, lol. Also, as always, love your videos.
Here's an explanation of fahrenheit and why I prefer it for weather: 0°-100° is essentially where humans can live. Below 0°F or above 100°F we're probably close to death. Most people are comfortable around a passing score of 70°. 0°F = -17.778°C 70°F = 21.111°C 100°F = 37.778°C
F is easy. If you know the temperature F, then subtract 30 and divide by two to be within about 5 degrees C. So if it's 70 F, 70-30 = 40, 40/2 = 20C. This is shit for scientific purposes, but you'll know if you need a jacket or what.
The way he immediately got struck by lightning after being on fire is killing me
"Do not rush, she's absolutely fine" 🤣
Why was everyone so calm about it?! 💀
@@ryanplaysthesimshello Ryan are you available? Please?😊

The names are something else 😂
I like to spend a solid 2 seconds thinking of each sims’ name
I have to say, Sims are responding much better to 500.000 degree weather than expected! ☀

I don’t know why I never thought of it before! We’ll be doing this a lot more now 🤣 thanks Irina!
I’m not gonna advertise a brand that isn’t gonna pay me 😂❤
"Celsius - the only real measure of temperature."
As a European, I whole-heartedly agree.

I have no idea why it’s so loud and surprises me every time 💀 that’s such a good idea! I’m definitely writing that down ready for winter

Ryan not even 30 seconds in, I am already laughing 😂
Ryan, WELL DONE AS ALWAYS.
Celsius-“the only real unit of measurement”
*cries in American*
Hahaha I’m just salty because I don’t understand Fahrenheit
@@ryanplaysthesims to be fair, we had to create a new measurement system different from the entire world to be difficult. 🤣

You can the temperature settings in the options - you can change to Celsius or Fahrenheit.
1000 degrees, in farenheight, is balls hot.
Man, these videos are terrific! I may have go get the games again 😂. Haven’t played in maybe 15 years haha
Brilliant vid Ryan! 👏🏻 So proud of how far you've come from the candle days 🥹🥹🥹🥹
Thanks Jade! It’s crazy isn’t it! The candle will return one day 🤣
sims 3 seems so much more fun than sims 4 😞
It is I highly recommend
I'm not sure how Celsius works, but I do know a 75 degree Fahrenheit day is so hot, pool party is the best cure to beat the heat!

Hey Darc, it’s cooling down a bit since I recorded this! Hmm I guess I’ll forgive you this one time 🤣
Lol, well, thank you so much for forgiving me Ryan, lol.
This is the best intro ever😂
Think I’d gone delirious in the heat because I don’t even remember recording it 😂
Can't you use the sims 3 settings menu to decide whether you want celcius or farenheit?
Yeah, and he had Celsius showing, but when you set temperature using a cheat then you have to use fahrenheit
Here's an explanation of fahrenheit and why I prefer it for weather: 0°-100° is essentially where humans can live. Below 0°F or above 100°F we're probably close to death. Most people are comfortable around a passing score of 70°.
0°F = -17.778°C
70°F = 21.111°C
100°F = 37.778°C
I still prefer the water temperature. -21 is quite cold for permanent residence
LOL
2:22 3:57 4:12
99+ °C not 99 °F
I think swetin ell looks pretty hot 🥵
I just didn’t want to admit online 👀

Fookin might’ve almost died but at least she has a nice tan 😂 8:40
