My opinion is that as much as all the girls deserved to debut and the C group was done dirty, Bahiyyih deserved her place in the line up. Also she didn't choose to be hukai's sibling so people should stop dragging him in matters where they are basically hating on her because their fave didn't get a place in the lineup.
1st opinion : honestly, I find the lineup to be great as it is and people who keep criticizing it are pointing my head. I think that if it was a group with the nine aces trainees, there would be a lot of solo stans and everyone would shine one their own, not as a group. The actual members of Kep1er actually complement each other, I'm sure it'll work both in their songs and chemistry. 2nd opinion : I understand that some people are sad because their favorite trainee doesn't debut, but that's no reason to petition for some members to leave the group. For exemple, Rui Qi, Ya Ning and Yurina were some of my top picks, and of course, I'm sad that they didn't debut. But I don't come for other trainees throats like : "Please die, you're so ugly." Is this a kids TV show, or...? 3rd opinion : I feel like no matter what would've happened, people would still criticize the show for no reason and that's kinda sad. 4th opinion : Kep1er is a cool name.
i mainly just feel like all the girls who really carried the show weren't in the final lineup and the ones who were i didn't notice that much. But all the girls are really talented, they deserve it all. XIAOTING DOMINATION!!!! (oh yea and the lack of c group members pisses me off)
They'll probably make Yujin leader because the leader in a group is usually the person that trained the most, and with Yujin's experience as an veteran idol in CLC, she would be perfect for the role.

There's a high chance this won't happen but I really want this group to break the usual expectations of kpop groups. These girls are so talented that it's hard to place them in 1 bubble. Like I wanna see throughout their career different girls being given the high note, or the rap, or center position not just one member. For example, dayeon, Hikaru, and youngeun are all amazing dancers I would like to see all of them be given the chance to be center in a dance break.
I feel like they will either not have official positions or they will share the positions and it will switch up a Little every come back and all the girls will showcase their talent (at least that's what I'm hoping for)

But gp999 never stated 1st place will be center unlike produce series (plus this is not produce) And not all survival show has the same rule. take i-land for exp the 1st aren't the C and thats also mnet show. Thats why ppl are curious whos gonna be the one since they never stated anything abt first place position.
but in gp999 if u look at the o.o.o performance stages p1 was always center. now when it comes to chaehyun she's suddenly not center anymore? she won p1 fair and square so she deserves to be center.
Tbh i think kepler has a lot of great dancers, there should be at least 2 main and 2 lead like in itzy for the dancers including doyeon, xiaoting or yeong eun, yeseo, hikaru and bahiyyih
To be honest, the group has a lot of good dancers, rappers and vocalists. The problem is that in the pool of kpop groups out there, none of them actually stands out. For example, Chaehyun would just be lead vocal in an average popular kpop group. Same goes with Xiaoting im dancing. The group members are jack of all trades rather than focusing on one position

I'm honestly very excited to watch Bahiyyih, her dancing is really strong and her moves, especially in Ice Cream, were so powerful, confident yet clean. I think she has great stage presence, I mean yeah sure she can improve on her expressions but her dancing to me is just honestly very pleasing.
bahiyyih being self trained, she’s actually pretty good and decent to be an idol. she seems to be ready too ❤️ knowing how much she’s gonna be training she’s definitely going to be an ace at everything
She's signed to PlayM too, which just debuted Weeekly... 10 years after Apink. Imo this was her best chance to debut without spending extended time/possible years in the Kpop trainee dungeon. If this is the progress she made in 5 months, imagine how much better she'll be by the time Kep1er's first comeback rolls around! Some idols are already debuted with years of training who are at her current skill level. I feel like she can only go up from here, and I can't wait to see her progress! 👍🏾

A prediction that I have, Kep1er will distribute their chorus parts for their vocal line (kinda like Fromis_9 and IZ*ONE). I would predict the usual pairs for their choruses (Chaehyun& Bahiyyih/Yeseo&Youngeun/Yujin&Mashiro).

I think Yujin might become the leader, because she already is an experienced idol. Jihyo from Twice for example also became the leader, because she trained the longest (10years), eventhough Nayeon is the oldest.

Finally someone recognised hiyyih's vocal and dance abilities. I always hear people say she still isn't as good as dancing and singing to be debut material but she is so stable and good at dancing. She may still need improvement in faces but she's so good in everything else
but there is no such thing as sub dancer. Bayihh can dance but she can't be a lead dancer in kepler. Hikaru, yeongeun, dayeon, yujin, xiaoting, yeseo set the standards so high
this is off topic but i feel like bahiyyih should go by just bahiyyih as her stage name. it’s a long and memorable name and it stands out. it also will help if she doesn’t want to be constantly compared with huening kai and be in his shadow.
ermm I don't think so.. bcs if you look at the # on their media social.. they used #xiaoting for shen xiaoting, #hikaru for ezaki hikaru, #mashiro for sakamoto mashiro but #heuning_bahiyyih for heuning bahiyyih.. that why i think hiyyih's stage name will still remain as heuning bahiyyih..

Chaehyun have all the strenghts while Youngeun have all the weakness if you compare both. Chaehyun’s voice is on another level. Both of them should be at their best lead vocals but since they doesn’t have a solid vocalist, Chaehyun who is by far the best in the group should be the main vocalist.
@@ggstan2439 no you’re so so wrong, chaehyun doesn’t have good breath control which leads to her voice cracking when reaching higher notes, because of this she never had main vocal in any songs except for the first performance (black mamba). youngeuns high notes are way more stable than chaehyuns. don’t act like youngeun is way worse than chaehyun, they’re most definitely at similar levels, there’s not many strengths that chaehyun has over youngeun, in fact, name me one rn. please id love to hear it.

Idk why but I think we're gonna have a Yena situation in this group. Noone expected Yena to be the main rapper nor be a rapper in general (possibly the highest is only a sub rapper) because she's supposed to be a vocalist and a dancer. I agree, Dayeon is already a polished trainee she's a Great dancer and rapper. but what people under appreciates her vocals, just look at her cover of downpour by I.O.I she has surprisingly decent to good range and breath control and is VERY STABLE. she is, for me the 4th best vocalist in the group (although that is debatable).

I still belive Hikaru deserves Main Rapper and Main Dancer. Nobody does the choreo more fluid but powerful and precise at the same time as Hikaru. Her moves are so on point and her confidence and facial expressions are superb. Hikaru for Main Dancer!

Alongside with Yeseo, Dayeon and Xiaoting, between Yujin and Mashiro will be a sub or a Vocalist. Dance// Xiaoting and Dayeon will surely be a main and Hikaru, Youngeun, Yujin and Yeseo as a lead. Chaehyun, Bahiyyih and Mashiro will be labeled as a Dancer only. Rap// Hikaru as a main. Dayeon and Youngeun as Lead. They can also put Xiaoting as Sub. I think mashiro and yujin will be lead vocalists. While chaehyun and youngeun will be main vocals, the rest of the girls have a really pretty tone but they’re still not as developed vocalists. As for the center, daeyeon and xiaoting are my main contenders. Yeseo is also center material, there’s something about all of them that just demands your attention As for the Main dancer, i'm torn between Hikaru, daeyeon, and xiaoting, idk if You guys have seen xiaoting predebut clips but she EXCELS at dancing.

I hope Chaehyun takes the center part in intro and Xiaoting takes the center part in outro (and vice versa) just like in their o.o.o. performance as kep1er. Chaehyun voice suit center part but when it comes to charisma Xiaoting has it. I also hope Mashiro take the leader part, I mean yeah Yujin and Dayeon also suit the leader part but Mashiro has this lucky leader vibe in her, the way everytime she lead the group it always win, sooo you know Kep1er can be successful in the future with many wins and achievement

My opinion I actually kinda want bahiyyih to be FOTG cuz I think ( my opinion) she would be a great choice in that and her vocals are amazing I would love her as the lead vocalist. She is also great at dancing since the group dance line is amazing and powerful lead and main areas are pretty much occupied she can also speak English fluently so she can be a translator for the groups in the English interview *Bahiyyih* : lead vocalist, FOTG, dancer,(unofficial english soeaker) I think mashiro is a great leader since I don't want the oldest as the leader cuz the leader should also have someone older than him/her to lean on being the oldest is already a big responsibility and becoming a leader could put pressure. I think Bahiyyih is fine with just lead vocal, because there are possibilities for yeseo, youngeun, hikaru, yujin to be lead dancer who have shown much more strength in the area than her

Her voice makes you really wanna cry when she’s singing a ballad dayeon - main dancer, lead rapper, sub vocalist She’s an amazing dancer AND choreographer, and a good rapper as well. hikaru - main rapper, lead dancer, sub vocalist We can’t argue that Hikaru as the best flow and that she should be the main rapper, she also has great dancing skills, I think she’s top 3 in dancing in Kep1er. bahiyyih - sub vocalist, fotg I think she’s a good vocalist, but the other members are better, she’s been the most popular internationally and the only english speaker (I think) in the group. young eun - main dancer, lead vocalist, sub rapper She’s also a main dancer, she has great body control and her moves are powerful, just look at the Kick It stage, she’s amazing. If not main dancer, she’d be a great lead dancer. She’s also a great vocalist, girl can reach those notes. yeseo - lead dancer, sub vocalist, maknae She’s proved that she is a good dancer especially in Faith, her facial expressions wow!! Yes Dayeon is very talented in rapping and dancing but I feel like most people limit her to just that, me personally I think she could be lead rapper, main dancer, center, and sub vocal if not lead vocal she’s very talented in all those things making her one of the ace’s of the group!

Again, just what I would do not a prediction of what will actually happen. I went the Weeekly style where they have multiple Main Dancers (with one called Dance leader) I also did this with Main Rapper position as couldn't decide between 2 different but great styles...I really like this format as well as multiple Lead Vocals of those who I think should take more vocal parts along w the main. I always found the word sub as a bit harsh so some are just vocal or dancer showing they are in vocal line or dance line but usually will get smaller parts. I am all for parts being distributed on song type though, I look at someone like Yeojung from Lightsum who is actually listed as a sub vocal but who gets lots of vocal parts and has a great voice. I'd also be quite content if they did not give formal positions other than leader. That would be wonderful and something I'd hope that could start a trend if they did so

I'm gonna leave "my opinion" on the possible future position of the members down here too cz why not. Okay, first of all I see a lot of people giving a lot of main/lead positions and I kinda disagree not cz the girls don't deserve such positions but bcz realistically in a 9 membered group not everyone can be a main dancer or vocal or whatever , you can't really end up with 8/9 people in the dance line no matter how good they are unfortunately( that doesnt necesseraly mean members with no main/lead position don't get to shine in these areas by dancing in a dance break or having a lot of lines). That being said I dont think the group will have more than 2 main and at most 2 leads for any position at least for now cz since a lot of members are young positions might change in the future. So lets get to the members. 1) Chaehyun- main vocal I mean come on there's no way she won't be the main vocal 2) Bahiyyih- (sub)vocal Honestly I think she has quite the potential to be a future lead vocal/dancer but with so many dancers in the group I don't see her getting this position for now at least. 3) Yujin- leader, lead dancer/vocal, FOTG* I think out of all the members Yujin is the most likely to became the leader since she is the oldest, shes korean( I know this shouldn't really matter but i'm afraid in kpop it does at least for now), she has the most experience in this kpop wolrd and shes proved to be a good leader in the show. Also, even tho clc wasn't that famous i still think she's likely to get the fotg position if they do add such a position. Also, I really think she could work as lead vocal and looking at her position in clc and her old videos she could easily be a lead dancer . That being said maybe she'll end up getting only one lead position so that she won't have too many "titles". 4) Dayeon - main dancer, lead rapper I'm also almost certain with this and tbh maybe, maybe she could be center too but I have some other members I find more likely to get this position so the chances are rather small 5)Youngeun- lead vocal, (sub)rapper * Tbh she's an all rounder so she could fit in all positions but bcz of that I don't see her getting a "main" role but idk idk 6) Yeseo- maknae( well i mean ofc), center, visual, (sub) vocalist For the center for me it really is bewteen her and Xiaoting, she did an amazing job on the survival and idk i feel like maknaes are sometimes favored as the center. 7)) Hikaru - Main rapper, lead dancer The group needs a main rapper and I feel like shes the most likely one to fit this role, shes also a really good dancer( as like all the group lmao) 8) Mashiro- lead vocal* Mashiro is the one I'm most confused about since she's also an all rounder and could have a lot of "lead roles" but I really dont know. She could also do a great job as the leader but since shes a foreigner she prb wont get this position. 9) Xiaoting- main dancer, visual, center I I mean the first two are a given and for the center she has a great chance but as I said i feel like shes almost 50/50 for this position with Yeseo. * There are so many good dancers here its illegal not everyone can be main/lead as I already explained at the start so I think that the girls with the * ( and maybe Yeseo too) are quite interchangable for the lead positions and depending on who gets what the rest will follow ( For example IF Yujin does get lead dancer then maybe Youngeun won't and will be pushed more on the vocal side or the opposite . Also, I cant erase the possibility of them being just labeled as dancers/rappers which isn't a main or lead position but still gets them in the "line". tbh I don't really know and I always keep in mind that positions dont really mean a thing since even "sub" dancers/vocalists/rappers can get enough time to shine and prove themselves and don't really mean a title to define them. ( Plot twist: Imagione if the group ends up with no official positions except like the leader hehehe)
Is really hard to predict positions when most of them are all-rounder lol. I really want Dayeon to be the lead rapper as I actually love how she did Soyeon's part during her Pop Stars performance and I hear she is an I-dle fan. Yujin will probably be a leader as she has the experience, great leadership, Korean and all members love and respect her.

IN MY OPINION (with reasons) 𝒀𝑼𝑱𝑰𝑵 LEADER - the oldest and the one who trained longer than the others, not to mention her 6 yrs experience in the industry. plus the line up consists lot of koreans, in gp999 she was considered as mother of K-Group lol. MAIN DANCER - people considered her as second main dancer alongside CLC Suyeon. In CLC she’s just a lead dancer but she’s a main dancer material if she’ll be in other group. not to mention she can do lot of genre when it comes to dancing. LEAD VOCAL - her voice and tone may not be like as typical main vocal but she can hit high notes and her voice is pretty stable too. she can be a main vocal but chaehyun and youngeun are here so yeah, lead vocal position will do. SUB RAPPER - she used to be a lead rapper in clc. hopefully, she can showcase her skills here in KEPlER. VISUAL - just like her dancing skills, her visual is pretty underrated too. FOTG - well balanced, both korean and international. over alll, yujin’s also an all arounder just like mashiro, dayeon and hikaru. 𝑺𝑯𝑨𝑶𝑻𝑰𝑵𝑮 MAIN DANCER - gp999 showed that she’s a literally main dancer material. FOTG - same reason as yujin CENTER - gp999 didn’t state that the 1st place would be the center, she’s a center material alongside yujin and hikaru. SUB VOCAL & SUB RAPPER - didn’t see much about her vocal and rapping skills cuz she focused on killing parts (dance) in the show. VISUAL - some group has 2-3 visuals so she can be a visual alongside hiyyih and yujin. 𝙈𝘼𝙎𝙃𝙄𝙍𝙊 LEADER - she’s a leader material alongside dayeon and yujin. not to mention her leadership during her training days with ITZY. LEAD VOCAL - stable and i think her voice is versatile, can fit cute, girl crush and mature concept. LEAD DANCER - just like yujin, her dancing skills are kinda underrated. but she focused on vocal in the show so it’s understandable. 𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙀𝙃𝙔𝙐𝙉 MAIN VOCAL - no need explanation, the fact that she’s a former sm trainee says it all. CENTER - most likely if produce series rules exists. 𝘿𝘼𝙔𝙀𝙊𝙉 LEAD/MAIN RAPPER - gp999 showed her skills so if not Hikaru, she can be the main rapper. LEAD/MAIN DANCER - if not Shaoting, Hikaru, Young Eun and Yujin, she can be a main dancer also. 𝙃𝙄𝙆𝘼𝙍𝙐 LEAD/MAIN RAPPER - same reason as Dayeon. LEAD/MAIN DANCER - same reason as Dayeon. 𝘽𝘼𝙃𝙄𝙔𝙔𝙄𝙃 LEAD VOCAL - stable VISUAL - alongside Yujin and Shaoting. She can rap, can dance and can sing and hit high notes effortlessly. 𝙔𝙀𝙎𝙀𝙊 LEAD DANCER - idk but KEPLER has lot of dancers so 5-6 members in the dance line isn’t possible. SUB/LEAD VOCAL - can also sing well. CENTER MAKNAE - idk but i feel like she’s JANG WONYOUNG of KEPLER since gp999 didn’t state that Chaehyun/1st will be the center. VISUAL - the group also has lot of pretty members that suits korean standard (Shaoting, Hiyyih, Yujin, Yeseo).
Dayeon has also a high chance to be a leader since from ice cream in gp999 she shows how great leader she is and remember when Snake team is struggling to choose a leader? Dayeon suggested that both her and cai bing will lead the two teams and after that they all agreed dayeon should be the leader since she leads the team very well and she makes the process fast. She choreograph the ice cream performance and in snake she's also the one who arranged the position. Ps: Yujin and Mashiro can be a good Leader too. Since they are the one who experienced most of leadership in the program. But I'm just amazed how dayeon leads a team, because at that young age she really shows a perfect example of a great leader.

My opinion is that as much as all the girls deserved to debut and the C group was done dirty, Bahiyyih deserved her place in the line up.
Also she didn't choose to be hukai's sibling so people should stop dragging him in matters where they are basically hating on her because their fave didn't get a place in the lineup.

1st opinion : honestly, I find the lineup to be great as it is and people who keep criticizing it are pointing my head. I think that if it was a group with the nine aces trainees, there would be a lot of solo stans and everyone would shine one their own, not as a group.
The actual members of Kep1er actually complement each other, I'm sure it'll work both in their songs and chemistry.
2nd opinion : I understand that some people are sad because their favorite trainee doesn't debut, but that's no reason to petition for some members to leave the group. For exemple, Rui Qi, Ya Ning and Yurina were some of my top picks, and of course, I'm sad that they didn't debut. But I don't come for other trainees throats like : "Please die, you're so ugly." Is this a kids TV show, or...?
3rd opinion : I feel like no matter what would've happened, people would still criticize the show for no reason and that's kinda sad.
4th opinion : Kep1er is a cool name.

They'll probably make Yujin leader because the leader in a group is usually the person that trained the most, and with Yujin's experience as an veteran idol in CLC, she would be perfect for the role.

There's a high chance this won't happen but I really want this group to break the usual expectations of kpop groups. These girls are so talented that it's hard to place them in 1 bubble. Like I wanna see throughout their career different girls being given the high note, or the rap, or center position not just one member. For example, dayeon, Hikaru, and youngeun are all amazing dancers I would like to see all of them be given the chance to be center in a dance break.
I feel like they will either not have official positions or they will share the positions and it will switch up a Little every come back and all the girls will showcase their talent (at least that's what I'm hoping for)

To be honest, the group has a lot of good dancers, rappers and vocalists. The problem is that in the pool of kpop groups out there, none of them actually stands out.
For example, Chaehyun would just be lead vocal in an average popular kpop group. Same goes with Xiaoting im dancing.
The group members are jack of all trades rather than focusing on one position

I'm honestly very excited to watch Bahiyyih, her dancing is really strong and her moves, especially in Ice Cream, were so powerful, confident yet clean. I think she has great stage presence, I mean yeah sure she can improve on her expressions but her dancing to me is just honestly very pleasing.

She's signed to PlayM too, which just debuted Weeekly... 10 years after Apink. Imo this was her best chance to debut without spending extended time/possible years in the Kpop trainee dungeon. If this is the progress she made in 5 months, imagine how much better she'll be by the time Kep1er's first comeback rolls around! A prediction that I have, Kep1er will distribute their chorus parts for their vocal line (kinda like Fromis_9 and IZ*ONE). I would predict the usual pairs for their choruses (Chaehyun& Bahiyyih/Yeseo&Youngeun/Yujin&Mashiro).

For the leader I think it isn't going to be Mashiro because she is foreign and I think they are not going to put Yujin because she is the oldest and when you are leader having the older one helping you is essential (like they did in Enhypen). So maybe Dayeon are the best option for leader
I think Yujin might become the leader, because she already is an experienced idol. Jihyo from Twice for example also became the leader, because she trained the longest (10years), eventhough Nayeon is the oldest.

Idk why but I think we're gonna have a Yena situation in this group. Noone expected Yena to be the main rapper nor be a rapper in general (possibly the highest is only a sub rapper) because she's supposed to be a vocalist and a dancer. Idk which member will have this situation but I feel like it will happen, maybe not in rapping. (Possibly Dayeon surprising us with a lead vocalist position????)
It definitely feels possible, but it doesn't feel likely. Like we have chaehyun for vocals, hikaru for rap, and yujin, xiaoting, dayeon for dance. So here's the only possibilities for something unusual:

I agree, Dayeon is already a polished trainee she's a Great dancer and rapper. but what people under appreciates her vocals, just look at her cover of downpour by I.O.I she has surprisingly decent to good range and breath control and is VERY STABLE. she is, for me the 4th best vocalist in the group (although that is debatable).
Yeseo is such an underrated dancer but shes one of if not the best dancer in kep1er, in my opinion ofc, also I liked and subscribe good video 👍

Main vocalist:- Seo youngeun,Kim Chaehyun (we Alraedy know chaehyun gonna be main vocalist but it'll be better if youngeun also be main vocalist so they can support each other Highnote also youngeun seems more confidence in Highnote)
Lead vocalist:- Sakamoto mashiro,Choi Yujin, Kang yeseo, huening bahiyyih (I had no comments for mashiro and Yujin since they already being known like that.... Yeseo vocal is wow in utopia,crazy and fiesta!!! Also bahiyyih stability is wow,I have watch some of her cover when her predebut,I think she's good enough as lead vocalist)

i think bahiyyih and yujin are definitely gonna be the FOTGs and the ones sent to promotions. they have the biggest fanbases and good chemistry
chaehyun will definetely be the center! i'd personally prefer xiaoting but since chaehyun ranked #1 she will definetely be the center (if xiaoting would become the center there will be a lot of critisism since all of the other girls ranked above her)

I still belive Hikaru deserves Main Rapper and Main Dancer. Nobody does the choreo more fluid but powerful and precise at the same time as Hikaru. Her moves are so on point and her confidence and facial expressions are superb. Hikaru for Main Dancer!
Vocal// I agree that Chaehyun is the main vocal, disregard her voice cracks, she still have a wonderful voice. Among Bahiyyih, Yujin and Mashiro will be a lead vocal. Youngeun is surely a lead vocal, I don't think they will let 4 to 5 member as a lead. Bahiyyih is pretty stable but I think they will not let her to be a lead. Alongside with Yeseo, Dayeon and Xiaoting, between Yujin and Mashiro will be a sub or a Vocalist.
Dance// Xiaoting and Dayeon will surely be a main and Hikaru, Youngeun, Yujin and Yeseo as a lead. Chaehyun, Bahiyyih and Mashiro will be labeled as a Dancer only.

I think mashiro and yujin will be lead vocalists. While chaehyun and youngeun will be main vocals, the rest of the girls have a really pretty tone but they’re still not as developed vocalists. As for the center, daeyeon and xiaoting are my main contenders. Yeseo is also center material, there’s something about all of them that just demands your attention
As for the Main dancer, i'm torn between Hikaru, daeyeon, and xiaoting, idk if You guys have seen xiaoting predebut clips but she EXCELS at dancing.

I actually kinda want bahiyyih to be FOTG cuz I think ( my opinion) she would be a great choice in that and her vocals are amazing I would love her as the lead vocalist. She is also great at dancing since the group dance line is amazing and powerful lead and main areas are pretty much occupied she can also speak English fluently so she can be a translator for the groups in the English interview

So, some notes on this. Again, just what I would do not a prediction of what will actually happen. I went the Weeekly style where they have multiple Main Dancers (with one called Dance leader) I also did this with Main Rapper position as couldn't decide between 2 different but great styles...I really like this format as well as multiple Lead Vocals of those who I think should take more vocal parts along w the main. I always found the word sub as a bit harsh so some are just vocal or dancer showing they are in vocal line or dance line but usually will get smaller parts. I am all for parts being distributed on song type though, I look at someone like Yeojung from Lightsum who is actually listed as a sub vocal but who gets lots of vocal parts and has a great voice.
I'd also be quite content if they did not give formal positions other than leader. That would be wonderful and something I'd hope that could start a trend if they did so

I'm gonna leave "my opinion" on the possible future position of the members down here too cz why not.
Okay, first of all I see a lot of people giving a lot of main/lead positions and I kinda disagree not cz the girls don't deserve such positions but bcz realistically in a 9 membered group not everyone can be a main dancer or vocal or whatever , you can't really end up with 8/9 people in the dance line no matter how good they are unfortunately( that doesnt necesseraly mean members with no main/lead position don't get to shine in these areas by dancing in a dance break or having a lot of lines). That being said I dont think the group will have more than 2 main and at most 2 leads for any position at least for now cz since a lot of members are young positions might change in the future. So lets get to the members.
1) Chaehyun- main vocal
I mean come on there's no way she won't be the main vocal
2) Bahiyyih- (sub)vocal
Honestly I think she has quite the potential to be a future lead vocal/dancer but with so many dancers in the group I don't see her getting this position for now at least.
3) Yujin- leader, lead dancer/vocal, FOTG*
I think out of all the members Yujin is the most likely to became the leader since she is the oldest, shes korean( I know this shouldn't really matter but i'm afraid in kpop it does at least for now), she has the most experience in this kpop wolrd and shes proved to be a good leader in the show. Also, even tho clc wasn't that famous i still think she's likely to get the fotg position if they do add such a position. Also, I really think she could work as lead vocal and looking at her position in clc and her old videos she could easily be a lead dancer . That being said maybe she'll end up getting only one lead position so that she won't have too many "titles".
4) Dayeon - main dancer, lead rapper
I'm also almost certain with this and tbh maybe, maybe she could be center too but I have some other members I find more likely to get this position so the chances are rather small
5)Youngeun- lead vocal, (sub)rapper *
Tbh she's an all rounder so she could fit in all positions but bcz of that I don't see her getting a "main" role but idk idk
6) Yeseo- maknae( well i mean ofc), center, visual, (sub) vocalist
For the center for me it really is bewteen her and Xiaoting, she did an amazing job on the survival and idk i feel like maknaes are sometimes favored as the center.
7)) Hikaru - Main rapper, lead dancer
The group needs a main rapper and I feel like shes the most likely one to fit this role, shes also a really good dancer( as like all the group lmao)
8) Mashiro- lead vocal*
Mashiro is the one I'm most confused about since she's also an all rounder and could have a lot of "lead roles" but I really dont know. She could also do a great job as the leader but since shes a foreigner she prb wont get this position.
9) Xiaoting- main dancer, visual, center
I I mean the first two are a given and for the center she has a great chance but as I said i feel like shes almost 50/50 for this position with Yeseo.
* There are so many good dancers here its illegal not everyone can be main/lead as I already explained at the start so I think that the girls with the * ( and maybe Yeseo too) are quite interchangable for the lead positions and depending on who gets what the rest will follow ( For example IF Yujin does get lead dancer then maybe Youngeun won't and will be pushed more on the vocal side or the opposite . Also, I cant erase the possibility of them being just labeled as dancers/rappers which isn't a main or lead position but still gets them in the "line". tbh I don't really know and I always keep in mind that positions dont really mean a thing since even "sub" dancers/vocalists/rappers can get enough time to shine and prove themselves and don't really mean a title to define them.
( Plot twist: Imagione if the group ends up with no official positions except like the leader hehehe)

I really want Dayeon to be the lead rapper as I actually love how she did Soyeon's part during her Pop Stars performance and I hear she is an I-dle fan. Yujin will probably be a leader as she has the experience, great leadership, Korean and all members love and respect her.

I understand this is what you want, but there's no way Yujin won't get a vocal position. She's most likely to be a lead vocalist and lead dancer. I'm genuinely curious on why do you want her to debut as just a dancer and the FOTG ?

(I doubt the positions will actually turn out like this but I’m hoping, it was hard to designate dance positions cuz they’re all great dancers
So I ended up giving 3 main dancer, it is possible tho as groups like Ateez have 8 members and 3 are main)
For me I would assign following positions:-

Main Dancers - Youngyeon or Dayeon (or both of them)

Lead Rapper - yeseo or hikaru
Lead Dancer - Hikaru, mashiro, bahiyyih or yeseo
FOTG - bahiyyih
Visual - Xiaoting
Sub Rapper - yeseo
* considering today's kpop group positions i think kep1er will have 2 main dancers, 2 main vocals and 2 main rapper or either 2 of the main positions. Thank me later 😉

LEADER - the oldest and the one who trained longer than the others, not to mention her 6 yrs experience in the industry. plus the line up consists lot of koreans, in gp999 she was considered as mother of K-Group lol.
MAIN DANCER - people considered her as second main dancer alongside CLC Suyeon. In CLC she’s just a lead dancer but she’s a main dancer material if she’ll be in other group. not to mention she can do lot of genre when it comes to dancing.
LEAD VOCAL - her voice and tone may not be like as typical main vocal but she can hit high notes and her voice is pretty stable too. she can be a main vocal but chaehyun and youngeun are here so yeah, lead vocal position will do.
SUB RAPPER - she used to be a lead rapper in clc. hopefully, she can showcase her skills here in KEPlER.
VISUAL - just like her dancing skills, her visual is pretty underrated too.
FOTG - well balanced, both korean and international.
over alll, yujin’s also an all arounder just like mashiro, dayeon and hikaru.

VISUAL - some group has 2-3 visuals so she can be a visual alongside hiyyih and yujin.

VISUAL - the group also has lot of pretty members that suits korean standard (Shaoting, Hiyyih, Yujin, Yeseo).

Dayeon has also a high chance to be a leader since from ice cream in gp999 she shows how great leader she is and remember when Snake team is struggling to choose a leader? Dayeon suggested that both her and cai bing will lead the two teams and after that they all agreed dayeon should be the leader since she leads the team very well and she makes the process fast. She choreograph the ice cream performance and in snake she's also the one who arranged the position.
Ps: Yujin and Mashiro can be a good Leader too. Since they are the one who experienced most of leadership in the program. But I'm just amazed how dayeon leads a team, because at that young age she really shows a perfect example of a great leader.

5. Dayeon - Main Dancer, Lead Rapper, Lead Vocalist (swear, Dayeon's vocals are no joke. it's just that she's focusing more on dancing and rapping/ace)
6. Bahiyyih - Lead Vocalist (not my main pick but I love and appreciate her vocal stability, she stable af)
7. Hikaru - Main Rapper, Lead Dancer, Sub-Vocalist (my main pick in rapping)
