I think Youngeun since My House because that's when she first showed her vocal power and had everyone going crazy. She was main vocal in hylt but she shined alot in My House compared to the others because by her trying for main vocal in snake we already knew she had amazing vocals.
I think My House helped her popularity rise but honestly if she hadn't been kicked out of Snake team and gone to U + Me = Love I don't think she would have debuted. Mnet set her up for a redemption arc that worked really well. Of course her vocal performance in the song really solidified the redemption arc.

I had a feeling from her first audition that Youngeun could make the final lineup, but the U+Me performance made her gain SO many fans. I remember watching her skyrocket in the votes! She was a great main vocalist in the first two rounds, but being the main of the winning team after she had just been removed from Snake was ICONIC behavior 💅
As a Yujin stan, I think *Shoot* did more for Yujin than Bubble Pop. I mean yes Bubble Pop was mind boggling for an opener performance/demo stage but later on she didn't get to shine much in any of the teams she was in although she did well and contributed a lot for the well being of her teams, there was so much chaos about her being popular and her votes started to decrease too, but the way she carried Shoot team nullified all the suspicions people were having regarding her. Honestly I suspect if it wasn't for how she took it upon herself to bring Shoot team to success, she would've ended up like Yurina (both started off with surprisingly good performances, shot up in votes, lost the aww factor midway because people were expecting a lot more from them, badly needed to redeem themselves at the end to secure the debut spot as they were dropping in ranks despite being in top9).

Yesss me too. As a yujin stan i would say shoot or o.o.o (when she was a center) give her more impact. Im so scared bcs in the midway people start to unstanning her but after shoot! People start to stanning her again 😭❤️
I honestly feel like Ice Cream was a huge moment for Bahiyyih. On the "it's too cold to bite me line" she absolutely ate, and I think it brought attention to her.

Bahiyyih is such a hard pick because we never got to see her behind the scenes hard work because of Mnet editing her out. But for me I think it was her Ice Cream performance, she was cute, fresh and energetic there. And I think it showed a lot of improvement since her Mr Chu stage 🤷🏽♂️
I actually felt that Mashiro would debut from her audition “DUMDi DUMDi”. I thought that she was super stable with her singing paired with dancing and I was surprised by it.
Actually I didn't really like that performance. I mean, she performed it almost flawlessly, but something about the way she did it was very textbook. Like it didn't have enough personality
I thought her partner outshone Mashiro in Dumdi Dumdi. Mashiro looked emotionless and mechanical. I was actually concerned for her at that point (I really wanted her to debut after hearing her JYP backstory). Luckily, her personality came out later.
@Anjali Of course in general, people will say that because Mashiro has far more fans and she was showned as the sympathetic figure on this show. We all love Mashiro and rooted for her to make the final team. BUT - it still doesn’t diminish my opinion that she was outshone on this one performance (Mashiro was a B; Nagomi was an A).
Honestly she didn't really stand out despite them being only two performers. She just had stable vocals which you can see in half/ more than hlaf the cast of gp999
I disagree with Xiaoting being known-to-debut since Snake, I'd say literally her first stage when she was C01, was endlessly praised for her leadership, teamwork, rap and dance skills and was spoken about by Ruiqi. There's a difference between a performance that was her best (snake) and one that determined her as a final-lineup member (demo stage)

I kinda agree with the creator on this one, Xiaoting had everyone's eyes on her from the start just like Yurina did, but Xiaoting secured her place in the creation mission and Yurina sadly not.
@@irisaida1716 It isn't that Xiaoting got peoples attention at Snake. It's that both caught attention at the start and it was a matte rof who retained that attention as the show progressed. Yurina didn't catch everyone's eye at the beginning, or at least, not in the way Xiaoting did. Yurina received awe for her vocals, but also criticism for how she got autotune while others in her team did not, and so was met with more critical evaluation by the general GP999 audience in her upcoming stages, while fans were open minded to Xiaoting (ppl are strange). She was also compared with other Japanese trainees like Hikaru, Mashiro and Shana, who had just as strong if not stronger audition performances, while Xiaoting was C01. Bc people were watching Yurina quite critically, when it came to the creative mission Xiaoting went into a performance based one, Yurina went into a vocal based one. And Yurina has quite average vocals compared with the teammates she had. It's because of that- the fact she immediately impressed for her vocals, was met with scrutiny but was outshone in that category by at the end- that she lost that initial recognition. Overrall id say that was a small factor, considering the main factor was she was a lot of people's second pick, but both were recognised initially and it was a matter of retaining that throughout the show.
For me, Bahiyyih's little claw move in Ice Cream going massively viral + Shoot (maybe or maybe not) being really catchy to most fans is what made me know she would debut. Even the people bitching she was untalented would have to go "well yeah those were great and she was really good but-" which made a lot of them shut the hell up. Plus her O.O.O fancam getting her that benefit too so people couldn't even say she was unpopular or bad.

@Insight Hazard no she was almost eliminated after ice cream and it was because hiyyilights decided to vote for the whole ice cream team (mainly myah and dayeon) which backfired since none of the other girl's fans voted for bahiyyih which caused her to almost get eliminated. That's why her fans began to strategize on votings and bahiyyih rose a lot after that.

Personally at the moment I found out that Bahiyyih would debut was in the 1 mission, since her fancam was the most viewed on Girls Planet and one of the most viewed of all of 20201, I mean to be a traineer who trained herself and have a fancam of more than 3Million views in such a short time? That shows the potential that Bahiyyih has, in addition to her small part in Ice Cream she was one of the most popular at the time, and what surprises me the most is that she is the member with more little training time, I hope to see Bahiyyih grow well in Kep1er.
She gained so much attention because she is sister of TXT Huening Kai,if you have a brother like so famous there's no doubt that you will gain so many attention.
@@your.viruss No darling it was not like that, if it is true at first I drew attention for having a brother who was an idol and of course he will attract attention from the beginning, but now look at which is Kai's most watched fancam and if you don't know which one it was then you I say that his fancam with the most views does not even exceed 700k views and has nothing more than 500k views and that fancam was 2 years ago that was one of his first fancam's, Bahiyyih showed that although Mnet did not give him a single second of time on screen she was able to shine and show her talent, in none of the practices she went out of tune and was even Co-leader in the choreography of Ice Cream and Shoot !, in addition to showing that she was a very friendly girl and that she always helped her companions, although she could not communicate well with them, that and more made people more interested in her and not for being the sister of an idol.

Thoughts: •Xiaoting's and Chaehyun's still got me goosebumps. I can't stop watching it since then. Snake made me turn to be a Xiaoting stan and My Sea made Chaehyun one of my picks. •Hikaru is one hella excellent. Even in Snake she's really jaw dropping. Like for real, in demo stage, it's already written in the stars that she'll debut. •Yeseo- agree. But also in Crazy, her professionalism showed. She made a great impression in the demo stage. •Youngeun- for me, it's her Kick It demo stage. In U+Me, it showed her strong vocals, and in Kick It, she showed her strength. Her stage presence, talent, and all. I will never forget her demo stage. •Dayeon, Yujin, Bahiyyih, Mashiro- these four, I strongly agree. I also like Dayeon's Pop Star. She did great there. But her Ice cream performance was hella iconic. She used the chance to show her potential and proved her kgroup rank. Mashiro caught my eyes and attention in her MITM performance. That made her one of my picks. Bahiyyih- her finale ranking was one hella plot twist for me. I barely notice her. I wouldn't even know her if ppl in TikTok didn't talk about her demo stage interview. But, I noticed her visual in Ice cream and her solo video released before the finale (i forgot what is that called). She's so pretty that ppl would turn their heads for her. Her Ice Cream performance showed her potential.
My Opinion Youngeun - Kick It Xiaoting - Snake Mashiro - MITM Chaehyun - My Sea Yujin - Shoot! Hikaru - Boombayah Dayeon - Ice Cream Yeseo - Fate Bahiyyih - Honestly i was surprised she made the line up and I don’t really know which performance really solidified but i would say her fiesta performance is my fav.
I was not suprised at all on Bahiyyih. Watching it live. Her supporter base was the biggest and very vocal..and was growing. She then finished highest in the International Votes.
dayeon since ep 1 always caught my eye since she was the K01 I saw her as wow because we all know the K standards are crazy and when she and everyone else including judges thought she was the K01 just made me happier for her !
For me it was Bahiyyih's Fiesta performance. She gained lots of fans and that includes me hehe, her improvement from her first performance made everyone shocked and she showed star quality also it was the most viewed fancam.
The first time I thought BHY was going to debut was for Shoot!. She took on an important vocal part and I think that highlightered her skills the best.
honestly i thought you'd put ice cream for hiyyih but the o.o.o mission makes more sense because her fancam really showed not just her potential but her improvements too :)) plus, the fact that she won that mission, i really cried 🥺
The only “locks” up to the finale were Hikaru (after Boombayah), Xiao Ting (not after any particular performance but knowing she was always C1, and you figured at least one C would make it) and Dayeon (after Ice Cream). Even Yujin wasn’t a lock b/c people who watched P48 were concerned she’d get the Kaeun treatment. Bayi got pre-show hype but she was never top 9, so to say you knew she’d make it from the get-go is hindsight 20/20. Yeseo was a concern, b/c even after Fate, she didn’t get the amazing bump you thought she would get. Chaehyun and Youngeun were hyped early (esp Youngeun after the amazing Kick It performance), but they fell back and were never sure things. Mashiro was consistently J2 or J3, but because Hikaru and Yurina both seemed like locks, one was never sure if 3 J’s would make the team.
hiyyih carried fiesta team on her back and this was when I first noticed her. its hard to get clips of her cause MNET always edited them out. she never got screentime, but she was growing behind the scenes so fast that by icecream she took the stage. that's why she debuted. because she is super hard working and is continually growing. thanks for coming to my ted talk.
i wanted chaehyun to make it since her first performance, i could see her potential if she had more confidence and worked on her weaker points and ever since that first audition she showed how good of a singer, dancer and great performer she is. i was so so happy when she made it to #1 even though i did not expect it at all
There's something about Hikaru that not many idols have in terms of stage presence. She reminds me of Dami of Dreamcatcher. Her stage presence is not her *trying* to be present, she is present, her aura is there, she doesn't need to think, "ohh, now I have to be sexy, now intimating, now flirty", she just is, and feels the song.
Personally i think for Youngeun its her first performance kick it. I mean she rock it, her energy is just way beyond human and i love how energetic she is. I root for her since the beginning of the show ❤️🔥
I knew CHAEHYUN was gonna debut because she has a unique and powerful voice, her visuals are ethereal and she was S.Korea's favorite. I hope she chooses to be a soloist after kep1er, can't wait to hear more of her

People who says Hiyyih was gonna debut from the start is weird.. She was on the verge of elimination at one episode. I think we knew when she was gonna debut when they switched to one pick voting.
I think in bahiyyih's case we already knew she had considerable support but many of us didn't think she would debut as she had never been in the top 9 during the show. so her making it into the final top 9 was definitely a surprise and showed that all the support she got was her own credit. her fans worked very well in the final week and now she's finally going to debut!!
for me it was ice cream when i knew bahiyyih was going to debut, i love her entire fancam and she was in the front a lot and got to show her dancing skills, plus her killing part in the beginning was just perfect. if you watch her mvsk fancam now as kep1er, you can see she really does deserve it.

I think I knew that Xiaoting was going to debut with the HYLT stage with her being the center. Also, I agree with Hikaru. The moment they showed her part during the demo stage, I know that she would at least be a finalist, and I wasn't surprised when she debuted. I'm really happy she's in Kep1er! As for Bahiyyih, yeah. Mnet always did her so dirty. You could tell that they did NOT want her to debut. So I get annoyed when Bahi haters say that Mnet rigged her in. It just doesn't make sense. The only reason I watched GP999 was because I am a Cheshire and wanted to support Yujin. She was always my one pick. I'm so glad that she got so much support on the show! She will be an amazing leader to Kep1er alongside Mashiro. For Mashiro, too, I knew that she would get really far (at least to finals) during the first episode. When they showed her story about being in JYP and training and stuff, it made a lot of people fall for her. Then I think when she did MITM, that kinda solidified her spot in the final lineup. She was always my second J group pick behind Yurina (rip)

I honestly feel like Yujin was probably the most obvious considering she was already in an idol group, so her experience and talent got her there. Same goes for Yeseo, her facial expressions are insane!!
yujin and gaeun case is kinda different first mnet not another time make same mistake and second yujin is someone who can fit in any genre and concept and she still look younge and refreshed meanwhile gaeun didnot much matched for elegent concept
For Bahiyyih, I would say Fiesta. Last time I checked, it had 3M views... Impressive for a produce contestant. Plus, I knew she'd debut because she had a lot of solo stans since the beginning. Plus many people were triggered due to the blatant mistreatment towards her. She rarely got any screen time in the show, even they edited out her ending pose in Ice Cream. This gave her bonus points.
I like Youngeun's every performance since I've been rooting for her from the first episode but I think she totally slayed the My House performance. That performance made me glad that I chose her as my first pick.
I feel like bahiyyih started to attract people in her Fiesta Performance, then comes her part in Ice Cream. However, Shoot! is really the song that showed her talent, i mean she got a lot of parts there and she did great.

ice cream performance is iconic and in another universe i would've loved to see ice cream team debut as their own group. also you're so right about bahiyyih. what little screentime she did get was really odd, but if you even look at her ooo fancam from before the show started, you'd see she's an excellent dancer. i think she dealt with what a lot of the C and J trainees did which is poor edits and bad song assignments in the first performance. but she was lucky enough to have a ton of support to survive it.

For me seeing Chayeon in shine during the killing part try outs and the actual format was when I was like okay, she can do this center thing because up to that point I was very on the fence but seeing how well she did I was convinced. Also tbh any of the top 4 ranked girls would have gotten massive hate had they won. Chaeyeon for actually wining, yujin I won't be suprised if people turned on her and started attacking her saying she only won because clc this isnt fair blah blah blah, dayeon for being mnets "princess" and bahiyyih well.... we're seeing it. Also I strongly believe the hate trains run in the family like txt got hate for being associated with bts when they debuted, now hyyih is getting hate for being related to kai. Another reason to stan because clapping back is in their genes 💅
One thing Bahiyyih have since the show started is her potential. During the promotion video she already trended for her stable vocals and I think mnet failed to give a descent screen time for her, sadly.
the OOO fancam definitely proved hiyyihlights support for bahiyyih, but i think shoot was gave me hope of her debuting in kep1er. mostly because she actually got a lot of parts and we got to hear her sing. there was also a bit more screentime for her during that episode, so you could see how she was behind the scenes. idk, just my opinion i guess.

People can keep being bitter about Bahiyyih all they want, she's in the group and there's nothing they can do about it. Besides, a lot of people love her, and she will improve with her time in Kep1er. It's sad how people keep discrediting her talent because of Kai, and MNet is 1000% at fault for putting her in that position cuz I really feel like they set her up to get hate. But she is set to debut January and I will be one of the first to cheer her on when she does.
Like any issue I ever had with Bahiyyih honestly has never really been with her, more so mnet in general cause like I feel she kinda flew under the radar the entire show, even winning 2nd was kind of a shock because they never once featured her, nor did she really get as much story compared to all the other girls, she got one thing with a video chat with her brother and then she just vanished. Like only editing choice she seemed to ever get was the fact she was in a few amount of lack luster groups, and stood out being one of the better performers in a poor showing, but like asides that can't say she was ever a fore front runner that seem to excel in something to give you a jaw drop moment like everyone else in the group still she seems to take direction vey well so I have no doubt she's gonna be perfectly fine and look forward to seeing the spark all of the voters did, cause again she just floated through as far as the edit showed.
personally, I had been a huge fan of hiyyih from her first performance. she was insanely pretty (still is obviously) and it was easy to see that her nerves got the best of her for that stage. i knew she was going to be popular, and she had been my pick throughout the show. what really made me think 'if she doesn't debut, i'm rioting' was the fiesta performance. her vocal was so clear and steady, and she helped save that team. I'm so glad she got to debut, wakeone and mnet just need to treat her better now ..

Don't hate me but I think we all know Hiyyih would debut even before the first episode. This kind of shows are mostly about popularity than talents. People from other shows got attention for their beauty, their old company, their weird/cute acts and stuff like that. Hiyyih is talented but with that much of screen time people wouldn't notice her. Also Chaehyun got some attention from being ex Sm and singing black mamba. Yujin and Yeseo already had fans. Mashiro trained with Itzy. And I personally watched gp999 for Dayeon so I can say she got some attention from pd48. I don't hate any Kepler members so don't call Mr a hater. They made a great team and I am looking forward for their comeback.
I never expect Bahiyyih to debut in Kep1er. But I can't deny the fact that she was talented and have stable vocals. Her part in Ice Cream was iconic when she just paw at the camera. The thing is I hate Mnet because she didn't get screentime and evil editing all of the episodes of GP999

As a Yujin stan, I think *Shoot* did more for Yujin than Bubble Pop. I mean yes Bubble Pop was mind boggling for an opener performance/demo stage but later on she didn't get to shine much in any of the teams she was in although she did well and contributed a lot for the well being of her teams, there was so much chaos about her being popular and her votes started to decrease too, but the way she carried Shoot team nullified all the suspicions people were having regarding her. Honestly I suspect if it wasn't for how she took it upon herself to bring Shoot team to success, she would've ended up like Yurina (both started off with surprisingly good performances, shot up in votes, lost the aww factor midway because people were expecting a lot more from them, badly needed to redeem themselves at the end to secure the debut spot as they were dropping in ranks despite being in top9).

I honestly feel like Ice Cream was a huge moment for Bahiyyih. On the "it's too cold to bite me line" she absolutely ate, and I think it brought attention to her.
Bahiyyih is such a hard pick because we never got to see her behind the scenes hard work because of Mnet editing her out. But for me I think it was her Ice Cream performance, she was cute, fresh and energetic there. And I think it showed a lot of improvement since her Mr Chu stage 🤷🏽♂️

I actually felt that Mashiro would debut from her audition “DUMDi DUMDi”. I thought that she was super stable with her singing paired with dancing and I was surprised by it.

I disagree with Xiaoting being known-to-debut since Snake, I'd say literally her first stage when she was C01, was endlessly praised for her leadership, teamwork, rap and dance skills and was spoken about by Ruiqi. There's a difference between a performance that was her best (snake) and one that determined her as a final-lineup member (demo stage)

I kinda agree with the creator on this one, Xiaoting had everyone's eyes on her from the start just like Yurina did, but Xiaoting secured her place in the creation mission and Yurina sadly not.

Yurina didn't catch everyone's eye at the beginning, or at least, not in the way Xiaoting did. Yurina received awe for her vocals, but also criticism for how she got autotune while others in her team did not, and so was met with more critical evaluation by the general GP999 audience in her upcoming stages, while fans were open minded to Xiaoting (ppl are strange). She was also compared with other Japanese trainees like Hikaru, Mashiro and Shana, who had just as strong if not stronger audition performances, while Xiaoting was C01. Bc people were watching Yurina quite critically, when it came to the creative mission Xiaoting went into a performance based one, Yurina went into a vocal based one. And Yurina has quite average vocals compared with the teammates she had. It's because of that- the fact she immediately impressed for her vocals, was met with scrutiny but was outshone in that category by at the end- that she lost that initial recognition. Overrall id say that was a small factor, considering the main factor was she was a lot of people's second pick, but both were recognised initially and it was a matter of retaining that throughout the show.
For me, Bahiyyih's little claw move in Ice Cream going massively viral + Shoot (maybe or maybe not) being really catchy to most fans is what made me know she would debut. Even the people bitching she was untalented would have to go "well yeah those were great and she was really good but-" which made a lot of them shut the hell up. Plus her O.O.O fancam getting her that benefit too so people couldn't even say she was unpopular or bad.

@Insight Hazard no she was almost eliminated after ice cream and it was because hiyyilights decided to vote for the whole ice cream team (mainly myah and dayeon) which backfired since none of the other girl's fans voted for bahiyyih which caused her to almost get eliminated. That's why her fans began to strategize on votings and bahiyyih rose a lot after that.

Personally at the moment I found out that Bahiyyih would debut was in the 1 mission, since her fancam was the most viewed on Girls Planet and one of the most viewed of all of 20201, I mean to be a traineer who trained herself and have a fancam of more than 3Million views in such a short time? That shows the potential that Bahiyyih has, in addition to her small part in Ice Cream she was one of the most popular at the time, and what surprises me the most is that she is the member with more little training time, I hope to see Bahiyyih grow well in Kep1er.

•Xiaoting's and Chaehyun's still got me goosebumps. I can't stop watching it since then. Snake made me turn to be a Xiaoting stan and My Sea made Chaehyun one of my picks.
•Hikaru is one hella excellent. Even in Snake she's really jaw dropping. Like for real, in demo stage, it's already written in the stars that she'll debut.
•Yeseo- agree. But also in Crazy, her professionalism showed. She made a great impression in the demo stage.
•Youngeun- for me, it's her Kick It demo stage. In U+Me, it showed her strong vocals, and in Kick It, she showed her strength. Her stage presence, talent, and all. I will never forget her demo stage.
•Dayeon, Yujin, Bahiyyih, Mashiro- these four, I strongly agree.
I also like Dayeon's Pop Star. She did great there. But her Ice cream performance was hella iconic. She used the chance to show her potential and proved her kgroup rank.
Mashiro caught my eyes and attention in her MITM performance. That made her one of my picks.
Bahiyyih- her finale ranking was one hella plot twist for me. I barely notice her. I wouldn't even know her if ppl in TikTok didn't talk about her demo stage interview. But, I noticed her visual in Ice cream and her solo video released before the finale (i forgot what is that called). She's so pretty that ppl would turn their heads for her. Her Ice Cream performance showed her potential.

dayeon since ep 1 always caught my eye since she was the K01 I saw her as wow because we all know the K standards are crazy and when she and everyone else including judges thought she was the K01 just made me happier for her !

For me it was Bahiyyih's Fiesta performance. She gained lots of fans and that includes me hehe, her improvement from her first performance made everyone shocked and she showed star quality also it was the most viewed fancam.
The first time I thought BHY was going to debut was for Shoot!. She took on an important vocal part and I think that highlightered her skills the best.
For me Yujin was decided to debut on Shoot performance, also in the whole show, but she really caught everyone

The only “locks” up to the finale were Hikaru (after Boombayah), Xiao Ting (not after any particular performance but knowing she was always C1, and you figured at least one C would make it) and Dayeon (after Ice Cream). Even Yujin wasn’t a lock b/c people who watched P48 were concerned she’d get the Kaeun treatment. Bayi got pre-show hype but she was never top 9, so to say you knew she’d make it from the get-go is hindsight 20/20. Yeseo was a concern, b/c even after Fate, she didn’t get the amazing bump you thought she would get. Chaehyun and Youngeun were hyped early (esp Youngeun after the amazing Kick It performance), but they fell back and were never sure things. Mashiro was consistently J2 or J3, but because Hikaru and Yurina both seemed like locks, one was never sure if 3 J’s would make the team.
hiyyih carried fiesta team on her back and this was when I first noticed her. its hard to get clips of her cause MNET always edited them out. she never got screentime, but she was growing behind the scenes so fast that by icecream she took the stage. that's why she debuted. because she is super hard working and is continually growing. thanks for coming to my ted talk.
i wanted chaehyun to make it since her first performance, i could see her potential if she had more confidence and worked on her weaker points and ever since that first audition she showed how good of a singer, dancer and great performer she is. i was so so happy when she made it to #1 even though i did not expect it at all

There's something about Hikaru that not many idols have in terms of stage presence. She reminds me of Dami of Dreamcatcher. Her stage presence is not her *trying* to be present, she is present, her aura is there, she doesn't need to think, "ohh, now I have to be sexy, now intimating, now flirty", she just is, and feels the song.
I really think that Hiyyih settled her score on Fiesta. Either way, she was always stable in her performances.
Personally i think for Youngeun its her first performance kick it. I mean she rock it, her energy is just way beyond human and i love how energetic she is. I root for her since the beginning of the show ❤️🔥

As for Bahiyyih, yeah. Mnet always did her so dirty. You could tell that they did NOT want her to debut. So I get annoyed when Bahi haters say that Mnet rigged her in. It just doesn't make sense. She's super talented, and I noticed how stable she was since her demo stage. I was kinda unsure with her, though. She had a lot of haters, and Mnet didn't seem to want to give her screen time, so I wasn't sure she was gonna end up making it. I was SUPER shocked to see her get p02. I'm so happy she's in Kep1er! I knew right from the first episode that Yujin would make it to the final lineup. At some points I would get kinda anxious, but that's survival shows for you. The only reason I watched GP999 was because I am a Cheshire and wanted to support Yujin. She was always my one pick. I'm so glad that she got so much support on the show! She will be an amazing leader to Kep1er alongside Mashiro.
For Mashiro, too, I knew that she would get really far (at least to finals) during the first episode. When they showed her story about being in JYP and training and stuff, it made a lot of people fall for her. Then I think when she did MITM, that kinda solidified her spot in the final lineup. She was always my second J group pick behind Yurina (rip)

For Bahiyyih, I would say Fiesta. Last time I checked, it had 3M views... Impressive for a produce contestant. Plus, I knew she'd debut because she had a lot of solo stans since the beginning. Plus many people were triggered due to the blatant mistreatment towards her. She rarely got any screen time in the show, even they edited out her ending pose in Ice Cream. This gave her bonus points.
I like Youngeun's every performance since I've been rooting for her from the first episode but I think she totally slayed the My House performance. That performance made me glad that I chose her as my first pick.

ice cream performance is iconic and in another universe i would've loved to see ice cream team debut as their own group. also you're so right about bahiyyih. what little screentime she did get was really odd, but if you even look at her ooo fancam from before the show started, you'd see she's an excellent dancer. i think she dealt with what a lot of the C and J trainees did which is poor edits and bad song assignments in the first performance. but she was lucky enough to have a ton of support to survive it.

Mnet basically edited any compliments she got by the judges. It’s really funny bc you can’t call her a bad singer or dancer. The only thing y’all really care about is her brother and that shows since the hate started before the voting or any real performance. as soon as Mnet mentioned him all of a sudden y’all already hated her💀 like bruh the show had just started and you already hate a girl who’s underage. Most of y’all hate to even see yourself in the mirror but got the audacity to self-project

For me seeing Chayeon in shine during the killing part try outs and the actual format was when I was like okay, she can do this center thing because up to that point I was very on the fence but seeing how well she did I was convinced. Also tbh any of the top 4 ranked girls would have gotten massive hate had they won. Chaeyeon for actually wining, yujin I won't be suprised if people turned on her and started attacking her saying she only won because clc this isnt fair blah blah blah, dayeon for being mnets "princess" and bahiyyih well.... we're seeing it. Also I strongly believe the hate trains run in the family like txt got hate for being associated with bts when they debuted, now hyyih is getting hate for being related to kai. Another reason to stan because clapping back is in their genes 💅
One thing Bahiyyih have since the show started is her potential. During the promotion video she already trended for her stable vocals and I think mnet failed to give a descent screen time for her, sadly.

the OOO fancam definitely proved hiyyihlights support for bahiyyih, but i think shoot was gave me hope of her debuting in kep1er. mostly because she actually got a lot of parts and we got to hear her sing. there was also a bit more screentime for her during that episode, so you could see how she was behind the scenes. idk, just my opinion i guess.

People can keep being bitter about Bahiyyih all they want, she's in the group and there's nothing they can do about it. Besides, a lot of people love her, and she will improve with her time in Kep1er. It's sad how people keep discrediting her talent because of Kai, and MNet is 1000% at fault for putting her in that position cuz I really feel like they set her up to get hate. But she is set to debut January and I will be one of the first to cheer her on when she does.
Like any issue I ever had with Bahiyyih honestly has never really been with her, more so mnet in general cause like I feel she kinda flew under the radar the entire show, even winning 2nd was kind of a shock because they never once featured her, nor did she really get as much story compared to all the other girls, she got one thing with a video chat with her brother and then she just vanished.
Like only editing choice she seemed to ever get was the fact she was in a few amount of lack luster groups, and stood out being one of the better performers in a poor showing, but like asides that can't say she was ever a fore front runner that seem to excel in something to give you a jaw drop moment like everyone else in the group still she seems to take direction vey well so I have no doubt she's gonna be perfectly fine and look forward to seeing the spark all of the voters did, cause again she just floated through as far as the edit showed.
Yea! The editing was hella weird for her. You can see her helping people out with things in the background but Mnet never showed that
personally, I had been a huge fan of hiyyih from her first performance. she was insanely pretty (still is obviously) and it was easy to see that her nerves got the best of her for that stage. i knew she was going to be popular, and she had been my pick throughout the show. what really made me think 'if she doesn't debut, i'm rioting' was the fiesta performance. her vocal was so clear and steady, and she helped save that team. I'm so glad she got to debut, wakeone and mnet just need to treat her better now ..
4:03 its so sad because like im pretty sure the song or dance was about how like some of them will make and some wont and when they reached out it really was someone who made it to debut and someone who didnt😢😢
Don't hate me but I think we all know Hiyyih would debut even before the first episode. This kind of shows are mostly about popularity than talents. People from other shows got attention for their beauty, their old company, their weird/cute acts and stuff like that. Hiyyih is talented but with that much of screen time people wouldn't notice her. Also Chaehyun got some attention from being ex Sm and singing black mamba. Yujin and Yeseo already had fans. Mashiro trained with Itzy. And I personally watched gp999 for Dayeon so I can say she got some attention from pd48. I don't hate any Kepler members so don't call Mr a hater. They made a great team and I am looking forward for their comeback.
I never expect Bahiyyih to debut in Kep1er. But I can't deny the fact that she was talented and have stable vocals. Her part in Ice Cream was iconic when she just paw at the camera. The thing is I hate Mnet because she didn't get screentime and evil editing all of the episodes of GP999
