Thanks so much- I have never been to a podiatrist about this but my GP diagnosed it when I was around 38. And The Athletes Foot shoe shop helped. Thanks for this useful info … of course after 25 years I have had to figure out the correct shoes, shoe padding and self massage and almost totally avoiding walking barefoot on hard surfaces. 😊
Thanks Andrew - top quality info as usual, and following your explanation I finally know exactly where my pesky (and extremely painful) neuroma is located, which is a huge help. Could you share the brand and/or a link for your preferred metatarsal dome please? There is a bewildering array of choices out there. And for anyone thinking about getting the Flamingo Feet, don't hesitate! For me they are brilliant at almost instantly relieving the neuroma pain as well as helping sort bunions and improve stability/balance. Thanks again Andrew, I really appreciate your videos and awesome products. Cheers Sylvia.
Wow Sylvia, thank you so much for your kind comments and sharing your experience here - I really appreciate you doing that. As for metatarsal domes - if you are in the USA - check this one out on Amazon - amzn.to/49PipIk it is made of Poron precisely the ones we use and the best. If in Australia, we source these from Briggate medical supplies.
You are most welcome ! Glad it was helpful- if you find this content helpful I would appreciate a like or thumbs up- helps us know what sort of content is helpful

Where can I get the spacers
Hey there - Flamingo Feet are found here - freestylefeet.com.au
I just recently got orthodics for my Mortons neuroma. When I wear a sneaker do I have to go up 1/2 a size and get it in a wide?
yes, make sure there is no sideways pressure on the forefoot
So much brilliant information in this. Rolling my sore foot on a frozen bottle helps, but now I know specifically what to do. On it!
Thank you ! Knowledge is power as they say- feel free to share this video with anyone that has sore 🦶
What about splayfoot?!
tell me a bit more - what is splayfoot or how to manage splayfoot?
