  • Stop the tire from rubbing your front fenders on your Foxbody Mustang! I show you how to remove your Foxbody fender and modify it on an 87-89 Mustang to work with the 91-93 wider fender spat / extension.
    Eliminates most tire rubbing issues and is required if you are swapping body kits such as the Cevini 93 Cobra Body kit.

    Hmm 🤔. I run 245/40/18 up front on my 87 GT and there is no contact with ground effects. However, the inside of the wheel is making contact with the frame when making full lock to lock turning.

      Did previous owner swap to 91-93 fenders? Some cars got swapped. Suprised you aren't having the tire rub if it's an original 87 car/fender.

      What size 17 tire are you using?

      @@k.c.williams3385 255/40/17 Nitto tires. The would rub when turning. These new fender extensions will fix the issue for me.

    took me years to find matching 93 fenders in the junkyard

      Yes the OEM spats are the way to go. The repop ones seem soft and pliable compared to the originals. Since car is getting painted was finally time to install these.
