ingredients :
2 cups glutinous rice
5 pcs.dry mushrooms (soak in water for 3 hrs)
5 grams dry shrimps (soak in water for 3 hours)
2 Chinese sausage(lap chong)
spring onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 cloves minced garlic
cut the sausages & mushrooms in small pcs.
