In full: Chancellor Jeremy Hunt delivers Commons statement on mini-budget U-turns

Jeremy Hunt's address to the House on the mini-Budget - reiterating what he announced this morning - will then take place immediately after, likely at about 4.30pm.
Jeremy Hunt is now on his feet in the House of Commons.
He said that he is ready to make "decisions of eye-watering difficulty".
He told MPs: "The central responsibility of any government is to do what is necessary for economic stability. Behind the decisions we take and the issues on which we vote are jobs families depend on, mortgages that have to be paid, savings for pensioners and businesses investing for the future.
