Hockey is one of the best sports and if you believe things are scripted, hockey is the one sport that is most difficult to rig because the puck bounces where it will. Also UD has issues but it does not have UD, UD platinum, UD T-Mall, UD Disco, UD whatever other one Prizm has. Connor Bedard also is a Sp base RC that likely will settle in the 300-500 range, after starting at 1,000. What SP base card in the other sports have that value. The POP Count is a huge hit my friend. Congrats.

I've opened UD hockey hobby boxes for four years now, and I've only pulled three total numbered cards. They're really tough to pull. I have pulled two "Day with the Cup" cards with 1:1000 pack odds.

Opened my very first blaster box and the very first card was the Bedard oversized card. Doubled my money before I even opened my first pack.
Pulled The Young Gun Connor Bedard yesterday from Series 2 tin.. PSA about to see it Wednesday next week. Pumped
Had to check it out. It’s been 30 years since I ripped Hockey. And the new cards look identical to the old. So nothing has changed I will check back in another 30. Back to baseball.

Clear Cut YG is one per case, and Laferriere is a pretty good one to get! Logan Cooley canvas YG is also a sweet hit, he's gonna be good.
That was a great rip man clearcut young gun, the pop count, and the interview with the Bedard Portrait card It was a great break. Wish I could afford three boxes of it would be fun!

The Logan Cooley canvas young guns is a pretty good hit...and FYI...when you hit a canvas young guns...I'm pretty sure they don't count towards the overall number of YG's you should get in any random box.
Also...B&W canvas cards are the parallel and way harder to pull. I believe the highlighters count as a numbered card...even though they are not numbered.
One more thing....look closely at all the inserts...they have gold parallels as well...the foil will be gold. I think you did good overall with these 3 boxes...even though you didn't hit the Bedard YG. And let there be no doubt...this kid just turned 18...and he is playing against men...dude is the real deal...IMO.

Welcome to hockey card collecting! The black and white canvas was a SP. As for numbered cards, they are not easy to pull. I'd say maybe 3 or 4 per 12 box case if you are lucky.
This is funny, I'm a hockey card collector opening baseball while I watch you rip hockey because the price has gotten a little out of hand and retail is nowhere to be found.
Sweet pop count! That card is made to look like a graded card. I guess you can kind of consider it numbered because it is limited to 1,000.
I went Bobby Witt Jr rookie auto hunting today with 2 2022 heritage high number hobby boxes 1st box got 1 hit a Bryce Harper red ink auto 73/73 didn't get a chrome or var. The 2nd was a dud with a pitcher rookie image, Trevor Story chrome and a Matt Olson bat relic.

Congrats on the Canvas yg of logan thats a tuff pull!!!! its a young gun rare parallell! I hit a canvas young gun out of series 1 of the phenom goalie from nashville preditors Yardslav Askarov. You may want to go out and find some series 1 also due to the fact Calgary is now playing the kids now they also have a goalie wolf and afew other good ones

That Kings Acetate YG you pulled is actually a pretty huge card. He's a good rookie and those come 1 per case. You could have done way worse on the clear cut for sure.

Enjoyed the rip, but who're you chasing or looking for, for you PC possibly? I'm guessing you've done very well with this rip, of course I know nothing about hocky or the players. I didn't notice any RC's on any of the cards, are there any or how do you tell who the RC's are from your star players and average Joe players? Clear Cut Young Guns RC one per case, Bedard POP count is way more limited than the Young Guns,& no, you're not supposed to get a numbered hit in every box...very decent rip!

I opened three hobbies, three blasters, one tin and got no Bedard. Have one more hobby box and one more tin however I am scared to open it.
Yeah I see these guys open one box and get the young gun Bedard ..you would think you would one out of 3 Hobby’s ..those guys probaly open 20 blaster boxes and only upload the one box that has the good stuff in it 😂…you would think that /1000 would be worth more than a young gun since it’s more rare ..thanks for sharing ,
there are 49 young guns and average of 7-8 per hobby box...... Need more than 3 bud
An opening upper deck, Hockey for about five or six years now, and almost all the inserts and common cards are worth nothing. You’re basically opening the packs looking for young guns. I get very few numbered cards.
