I've had issues with high blood pressure for decades and all my doctors have said to watch my salt intake. However, I recently learned that potassium deficiency is very common in America and I had been usually following a low carb (and low potassium) diet. When I tried adding more potassium to my diet (supplements and avocados mostly), my BP greatly improved....more effective than all the meds I was prescribed. It is a possible remedy that few doctors in America consider (I suspect because potassium supplements are cheap and unprofitable for big pharma who discourages med schools from teaching this).

Thank you Trev. We as men need to talk about this stuff more often. I recently went through prostate radiation treatment. I was NOT on death's door, nor did I feel anything unusual or out of sorts. I was told percentages were good that my e.d. would not get any worse. Not even close. Complete loss of function, AND desire. Wasn't prepared for that. Since I do not have a female companion, no relationship issues. I am definitely in a strange place in my life now. Not depressed, just different. Best wishes on your treatment.

100% your best video ever and I’ve watched a lot of them. Massive massive respect to you Sir for your incredible bravery in sharing this. I suspect, at 61, I’m older than you and happily have never had this problem but mine is now taking forever to finish! When I was young I’d have loved that problem! But when it hits you it is horrible. I was genuinely in tears when I saw your face describing how you had sex with your wife again, and your love and concern for her feelings about this. Cannot tell you how much admiration I have for you doing this. Just truly inspirational. Well done. 👏

Hi Trevor, I have been on TRT for years via a private provider in the UK (NHS are useless but thats a whole different conversation). Stick with it, it can take several weeks or months to get the doseages properly dialled in. I am surprised he put you on an 'estrogen blocker' from the outset, these are called aromatise inhibitors and if its 0.25mg per week it is probably Armidex. This is the reason your Estrogen is low and the Doctor acknowledged that in the video. It is important to have healthy levels of estrogen in the body particularly when your testosterone is high from supplementation. The side effects of low estrogen can be both horrendous and dangerous. I know many people on TRT that have had their estrogen levels completely tank due to taking an AI. Let's see what the next bloods show on the lower dose of 0.125mg but AI's (estrogen blockers) should only be prescribed sparingly and only if elevated estrogen becomes an issue. With the right life style, exercise, diet and particularly lowering body fat levels, many can succesfuly run TRT without any AI's. Also be aware that TRT is a life long commitment especially at your age. Administering testosterone shuts down the bodies own natural production so if you suddenly stop you can end up in a bad place. It is possible for the body to restart its own production either on its own or with medication but the older we get the harder this is. TRT has been a life changer for me and its important to have those blood panels every 6 months (once you are fully dialled in) and make adjustments under the car of a practitioner, All the best.

I applaud your courage to document this. Most people would not want to make their private lives so public. I did have a question, what is the Thai standard for Low T? You had mentioned being in the range of 400-500, but in the US Low T is considered below 280. I'm in the 340 range so I don't qualify for treatment.

I will add as a person in the mens healthcare space, you need to consider the mental side of overcoming ED, setting yourself up for sucess is super important, there is a confidence component to rhe treatment plan. Adding some sidenifal or other medicine can help greatly and another simple boost is become a morning person, hormones peak in the early hours and wane as the day progresses so your best time is the morning and the higher likelihood of subpar performance increases as the day turns into night. Also alcohol is your enemy. You should be proud that you have the courage to discuss such a sensitive subject it is much more common than you think.

More suffer than is known glad you addressed it & had the desired result. Hey, Trevor. Thanks for your channel. Because of your high blood pressure and ED problems, you might want to get screened for early heart disease (angiogram and EKG). ED often precedes severe atherosclerosis by two to five years, especially in the context of very blood pressure, or other risk factors (diet, lifestyle, high blood cholesterol). There are lots of peer-reviewed medical studies talking about the risks. You can find articles by the American College of Cardiology using Google of MSFT Co-pilot. ED is often caused by atherosclerosis in the internal pudendal artery. When you get atherosclerosis there, you will get it in other places, like the vessels bringing blood to your heart or brain.

Although 9000 Baht is a little expensive, I believe it will be worth it. You get a pretty comprehensive set of tests, which will highlight any other issues I might have. and given that I am going to be 70 this time next year it is probably a good idea for me to get this done now rather than later.

175ml per week? So 700ml per month? That's a massive dose. First time bodybuilder doses are usually around 500ml per month. He's even giving him anti oestrogen meds which I don't think should be necessary on TRT? At bodybuilding doses they can be but not always, led by blood tests.
It's important to find the minimum effective dose of test though, going in at the maximum dose as the Dr stated doesn't seem very smart, but perhaps he's done that so Trev sees results quicker as it seems Trev either isn't listening when the Dr explains how test injections work (long ester, takes a few weeks to accumulate etc) or the Dr isn't explaining it at all lol.
The Dr also didn't explain what measurement the test level is in? ng/dl? If so, 1500 is unnecessarily high unless Trev is looking to grow some muscle lol. But side effects ae gonna be more pronounced, lower level less sides and same results.

I'm shocked at a number of things from this vid to be honest.
1, the huge amount of test been given and the frequency
2, not be fully transparent about liver function damage and also not been honest with Trev about drinking alcohol at the same time.
3, not having full blood/liver function check monthly.
If people think they can take test and still drink large amounts of alcohol daily they are heading for serious problems.

Trev IMHO I think you need to get a second opinion with another doctor. I know he's a nice guy, BUT I saw your first video, and it raised a RED FLAG when he didnt immediatly addressed your high blood pressure. For him to have you walk out of his office with your pressure being that high was INSANE. So please seek out a 2nd opinion and perhaps keep the 2nd opinion private as to save face with the current doctor you're dealing with.
BTW may I offer a couple more suggestions in helping you restore your mojo. Im in my early 40s, as I've been in the nightlife industry(Vegas) for 15 years & fought type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. And with all of that, I still have a VERY high sex drive. This what helped me.
    1. Push-Ups... Start doing 50 pushups at least 5 times a week as soon as you wake up and then increase it each month. Pushups helps your cardiovascular heart AND will help increase your blood flow, which is extremely important in blood flowing to your penis. I started 6yrs ago, barely doing 50 a day. Now Im up to 400 pushups a day. This will help tremendously in your blood flow in keeping your mojo strong💪
    2. Tequila. CHANGE the type of alcohol you're drinking all together. You need to find the Anejo(age) or Anejo Crisitalino type of tequillas. They are the best and will be more expensive, BUT its damn near no sugar, and it'll help keep the mojo going even with a nice buzz. You never heard of tequiila dick going limp, like a whiskey dick. There's a reason why tequila will be no.1 soon in the USA. Hardly no sugar, if any, as your body will feel better in the morning with no headaches and/or hangups in the bedroom.
I have more suggestions, but this was a long post. If there's an email, I can reach out to you OR if you see this post, let me know, and I'll reply back with my email address. Peace

Sorry to inform you but when I was body building one of the first things I learned was if you consime 3 or more beers 3 or more nights a week your testosterone levels will drop up to or around 50 percent. Just think about how many blokes drink excessively in Thailand. Most drink far more than 3 beers 3 days a week...I see some dudes drinking beer at 9am. Start with diet and exercise and see the difference a natural approach can make. Testosterone treatment can raise the chances of heart attack significantly. I have tried testosterone spikers that increase internal production so I understand how good that can feel but at 59 I still trot like a stallion even though I am just a simple old quarter horse. Watch what you wish for boys.

Trev, I’m telling you now it’s because of your excessive drinking. It is. Pull back and you will see a positive change. When I drink excessively I too begin to fail down in that “area”. It does relate. But since I pulled back on the excessive drinking I have been able to “perform” again. I truly believe they are related. Try it. Ok. Then see. I know it’s difficult to do this when owning a bar. It is. But you have to try. At least pull back on it. The drinking. Doesn’t really hurt to try this. 👍👍👍

Do you also know Peripheral artery disease (PAD) can also cause this and this is a build up in the arteries. To check for this you need an ABI test at a hospital. If you have it this is the one that can cause strokes and heart attacks, however it is curable. it in later years causes problems in walking.

Trev, glad you're feeling 21 again. You mentioned that you were paying out of pocket for the treatment, have you approached your health insurance about paying since you had documented low T levels? The no price you can put on regaining your potency, but the cost over a year's time can be quite a bit. I think the other problem is that you may not be able to stop the treatment without reverting back to your old situation. BTW, very good on you for being so open, especially about how it's impacted your wife and family.... very meaningful.

Thus now no cure and blood is thick, zero feeling whatsoever, not even thoughts of it through my mind.. Tried everything nothing worked, due to my own internal health and body screwed up,HOWEVER maybe a light at the end of the tunnel as the wife is CEO of the stem cell clinic, and they bought out a new stem cell, whereby its a IV injection into base of the manhood for 1 hour 40 minutes, and within a week, its back to normal.. A one off IV treatment, no meds no surgery nothing.. And they state its guaranteed... So just picking up the courage for it now..😂
