I got a question. My 8th gen window is stuck in the all the way up position so how do I get to those bolts holding the glass in again? If my widow worked up and down like yours is I wouldn't be replacing the regulator at all...
I was going to try this by myself, but that's a lot of parts to remove and put back, and I don't have most of those tools. Not sure if I should attempt it.
Yeah, but what do you do if the window is all the way up and you can't lower it to get to the screws where the regulator is attached to the window?. Then what?
Okay, my window is stuck up. I taped the window up, got the screws out, unplugged the bottom, put the new one in, plugged in the bottom, and the piece that the window rests on, where these damn screws go, is in the downward position on the "rail". How do I get this piece up to screw into place??

Video is awesome, but my windows will not move so I’m not sure what I can do to get the glass unbolted from the regulator?
Did you have a video how to fix cable locks for honda civic 2006 1.8 ex 🤔
I did step by step what the video says, excellent, very helpful thanks

My window is in the down position. How do I get it loose from the regulator?

So it works but bounces back when I automatically hold the window button up , manually works fine ???? Any idea 💡
What if the window doesn’t move then what do you do?
Cut the old wire while someone is holding the window out, then you can lower it to the regulator
I'd presume it's about the same to do on a 2011 Honda insight?
Thanks
