This is a cool trick to use one filter on all your pivot tables. No more having to update 10 filters every time you do an analysis!
That is a slick solution! I'm building a daily reporting dashboard right now, and this is exactly what I needed! Thank you!
This could help you improve your dashboard. You can make nice navigation buttons: ua-cam.com/video/2-UZbXDSuPI/v-deo.html
It's very useful to build dashboard from multiple pivot tables!!! Thank you for sharing this :)
U r welcome! 😊
Thank you, friend. This was quite helpful!
One mistake I was making was not linking each slicer to the 2 tables :)
excel can be sometimes frustrating. one small thing and we spend hours hehe
Wonderful explanation. I have this saved so I can come back and relearn it every year.
Note: I had trouble getting all the pivot tables in one sheet to be referenced in the slicer (even with the same data set). Basically, copy one of the referenced pivots and then adjust the fields if this happens.
@triplealley heyy i also had different filters for year until i found this out.😅 For the tables in one sheet, make sure u keep space in case they expand. Otherwise u might get errors
Wow.. .You just saved me so much time! Thank you for sharing this!
