thanksss. It s a complex topic, glad it s clear :)

There are a couple of ways i think. 1) have a query for each table. Ie u write 1 for table 1 in all the pdf, 1 for table etc... 2) use chatgpt. I m actually making a video on the topic but it wont come out soon. Try the free version and if needed, u might have to buy a chatgpt subscription. U upload the files and tells chatgpt to extract the table data in excel. It will do

@@EXCELWIZARDINMINUTES Thank you for the reply. I have retried these steps even making a new table with my original data, but when I create a slicer for my table it does not create the slicer categories in the correct order.

@@haydengw i dont know what to say. U might be missing a step. Try with dummy data like mine and see first if u get the result. Something like 10 rows of data are easier to see and check

@timobllscn3954 hello! I have not tried it but try 1) manually moving them. U grab a label, keep the mouse pressed, them move the label 2) there is an otion to change the place of the labels. Have a look at the options, i am sure u ll find it

@@notebynote3 it will still show on the graph. On the place where there is 0, the bar will not be visible. So i guess it still works

everything can be done but i guess in your case, the complexity is big. try to use some of the power steps and rule to make your databases as streamlined as possible before you combine

@@EXCELWIZARDINMINUTES Thank you! What i will do is clean up the data first by splitting the 'identifier' column into NCT ID and other unnecessary extra text/numbers. That way I will have the NCT ID as a common column among all the databases. AND THEN COMBINE THE WORKSHEETS.

Check this article from Microsoft. It s pretty recent: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/bingmaps/getting-started/bing-maps-dev-center-help/getting-a-bing-maps-key#creating-a-bing-maps-key It says that now you need a key for Azure maps. i m sure it will have documentation on how to connect.

@@EXCELWIZARDINMINUTES Thank you for your quick replay. It may sound simple adjusting the file, its not simple for me and the would be the case for many other. Would please adjust for us ? This file is very very well set up, i have been through almost 10 different software and non of them is as good and functional as this file.

Hello, yes of course. You have to look at the comments before yours. Some ppl had issues and i listed all the possible options (such as not having a working key) i know about.

@@EXCELWIZARDINMINUTES Thank you for your time , the Problem i am facing is not listed in the commets before because i do have a working API key but when i use the formula to calculate the distance with the adress that i enter (form : street postal code city) it's always the #VALUE error

@@meryemwardani6769 try to use a normal address to get the latitude and longitude. for example Paris. Check if it works for you.

Sometimes, if the address is vague, it doesnt give you the lat and long
