Setting up a Russian Tortoise Enclosure

Darwin’s getting half of his enclosure set up using a ZooMed tortoise house. We do have another one on its way, so the enclosure will be two of these combined.

I put plenty of water in my tortoises drinking bowel but they are adults and love to soak in it. Enclosure will be perfect especially when he gets his add on

I have actually adjusted this a bit since then to be able to add more water. But I let my little guy soak in a tub once a week too :) thank you! ❤️

Why would you want to take an animal from the wild??? We shouldn’t encourage such unsustainable and kinda cruel practice, please

Hi Maria .. I agree animals should not be taken from the wild. Darwin is not wild caught. He has only known captivity.
