Materials and Tools Overview - I purchased 1 inch by 10 feet board from your favorite hardware store to build the frame. You can use a number of different materials that can absorbed or direct sound and I used Felt from Joann Fabrics. Other than that, a little super glue, lots of staples and razor knife.
Installation Tips - We ended up using Zip Ties with Screw Eye

Big difference but the room had a metal ceiling and brick walls. The sound would bounce around so bad and now it’s noticeable because you don’t have to yell when there is 60 people in the bar. Monster difference.
