Another triumph Vicky! Lovely tour with very impressive views of the sea and mountains. Quite unique personal contributions by the owner, as well. But the wonderful orchard full of luscious fruits is the biggest draw for me!
I feel like the houses on the Altea hills are way way cheaper than the houses around Marbella. This villa is another bargain. The stone and woodwork i can always implement later on. Also, i like Altea because of the greenery. It is very important for me because i come from the green areas of Europe. I love it!
It's a great house! The fruit trees are a bonus and Salvador Dali is one of my favorite artists. I love that particular painting. They did a great job of replicating it.👍 Fun fact,in 2011 I named the rolling paper company Raw, as one of my investment to be made with some profits from my inventions, and I suggested it be set up in Spain. Ballenciaga is also something I named and described as an investment. It's not any older than 2011, I am the founder, I am George O'Shea, aka Crystolbal 🔮,,,,🤫 but as you know, I'm still homeless.

In my opinion, this house has a strange interior architecture, I see some useless rooms and the space is not very open which definitely makes the house a little dark because there are many walls. Apart from the stunning views, nothing to say about that, there are many better houses for that price, I don't want to spend that money and start removing walls to make it more open.
