What a coincidence, today I came across the floor plan for this house. Beautiful layout and very efficient use of space. I like the form of the plot. I don't think I've seen this before.

In any case, the price is competitive only if the seller includes on the same price motorized curtains in all windows 😉

I've always liked the cube style homes. I'm not a fan of the no doors thing as I value my privacy.
Oh, those are commonly called hangers. Originally called coat hangers, but the people started pretty much hanging all articles of clothing so the coat part got dropped. :)
And no main master bedroom. Just call it the main or primary bedroom. Something tells me you knew I was going to comment on that. :)
All in all a good looking home. I would just add doors. :) And I would add a covered garage for my vehicles.

Hello Viktoria, nice video again and I always enjoy watching them, also to see you again of course 😍, but I think this house is too modern for me and with too much glass and the surroundings are too bare and not cozy. I hope the next object you show is a bit more homely yet modern. And I prefer to look for it near Javea/Xabia. Greetings from the Netherlands, Rick 😘ps I watch the vlogs on my television
Great presentation and tour of the home. It’s an interesting design but maybe too much glass, not enough privacy, and not enough parking.
Biggest outgoing would be the window cleaner.

The architects forgot a 1/2 bath for the guests. I see no built - in music system anywhere, nor a security system. Because I live in the US, these three are essential. Beautiful house otherwise! Cheers.
Thats not the USA 😅 you dont need a Security System
@@Abschiebehauptmeister2024 - it helps mitigate the absurd "ocupa" problem in Spain. Furthermore, guests (not matter what country) need to relieve themselves.

I'm sorry for you, but for being in 2023, I wouldn't call the design of this villa ultra modern and futuristic at all. Or at least not as futuristic as any house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright 100 years ago may appear at that time and still appears today. Four cubes placed on top of each other, futuristic.
