Hey Vicky & team🙂 Too funny - I've never seen a realtor enter thru the front door like that!!! Luv the louvers on the pergola and that live vertical wall is a nice touch. That exposed elevator and those angled windows are nice and for the property to be so close to the golf course in La Quinta is a major selling pt. Great kitchen - a large fridge door for sure. Italian furniture - da BEST!!! That Master ensuite is gorgeous - space & different textures. Well done. Great idea for that outdoor staircase to the pool area. Great design & views. That spa zone is made up of large areas. The Home is not huge but the spaces are generous - well done. All in all another value packed home and priced accordingly. TY Vicky - All the Very BEST!! Yes it seems to be a common theme in Marbella area. Villa Crystal in La Zag was built in 2017 and the price is still the same. My theory is that the owners/developers are so enamored with their design/blood/sweat/tears and they simply can't lower their price. Obviously they don't see a need to sell the property but will hold on until someone pays their high asking price. I'm looking at a property in Sotogrande and the owner went back to the UK so its empty. There is ZERO wiggle room on the price. I have a few properties and the holding costs will quickly put you behind the maximum profit line if you hold a property needlessly. Cheers from Vancouver,
