I love listening to Black Sabbath during hard times, like right now where I have a crippling leg injury to where I can’t walk (I sprained my ankle four times). I almost misspelled it and my brain almost accidentally made me write sprayed instead of sprained lol hahaha! 🤪🤣 😝 And I haven’t gotten enough sleep because of bladder issues (because I peed four times during the night lol) !🤣 I’ve dealt with this my whole life and when I have a full bladder , it’s sooooo painful!🥺 :( When I go pee and empty my bladder it feels so good though; I don’t know why? Probably because my poor bladder is probably so glad to get some sweet relief . 😅 🥲 😮💨 🤷♀️ I have always dealt with this and I’ve adapted , so it hasn’t been a problem , but it is annoying when it keeps me up . That’s why I’ve been trying to create a plan for that , like peeing and emptying my bladder before I go to bed , drinking enough water throughout the day , and quitting drinking water right before my bedtime . In addition, I make sure I’m eating enough too . I love Black Sabbath; I am a big fan of them and I love Ozzy Osbourne’s voice ; it’s so good and it helps me get through tough times ! Thank you Ozzy and Black Sabbath!💕🤘🏽🎸
I don’t know why but many Sabbath & Heavy Metal fans in general don’t seem to appreciate how many amazing ever changing guitar riffs, rhythm & vocals are packed into this very underrated track. I’ve studied & played music & have always appreciated the sheer genius of this multilayered track!🎼🎸🎤🥁🎸🎼🤟
I’m convinced those two black dudes in the crowd are from the future and they figured out a way to travel back in time to see this concert, because that’s exactly how I’d be reacting to the magic happening on stage
Never ceases to amaze me how different the same song can be! That's why I love Sabbath, their songs are almost never straight forward! Best band of all time
A great deep track from Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. One of the first albums I ever bought, soon after it was released in 1973. Haven't listened to this track in many years, and it sounds fresh. Sabbath gets credit for either inventing or perfecting heavy metal, but they don't get enough credit for the funk and swing that Geezer and Bill put into the music. Tracks like this, After Forever, and Fairies Wear Boots have a swinging rhythm section, backing up Tony's heavy guitar riffs. Magic.
I haven't even heard the whole Heaven and Hell album yet...I've got some catchin up to do, eh? You can stuff Born Again tho ( no offence to Ian Gillan, another of the greatest voices In Rock😉)
Amazing! One of the things I love about this is that you can still hear the influence of Blues, Jazz and even a bit of Soul in their early tunes. Love it!

@@pehbs3224 Then you must not know much about Sabbath then. Like every song from the period with Ozzy, Geezer wrote the lyrics(words). Bill Ward was too incoherent to write lyrics as good as Geezer. For all of the early Sabbath records, Geezer Butler wrote the lyrics. Bill might have come up with the title, but Geezer wrote the lyrics(he claims they were written after a stay in the hospital dealing with kidney problems from drinking too much)

Utterly brilliant song and performance by Sabbath! Part of the pleasure of watching this video, for me, is seeing the two super-fans with the custom-made Sabbath t-shirts going berserk. If you love heavy music, it really can take hold of you, and its a beautiful thing.
I've gotten myself addicted to Sabbath. I've listened to paranoia and Iron man for year's and never bothered looking into their other stuff till now. What began as a quest for a new song to put in my rotation has turned into their entire catalog becoming my rotation. Black Sabbath is the best band I've ever found, there isn't a single song that I don't like from them. Every member is at the top of their field in what they do so when they come together it's mind blowing.
The more I listen to old Sabbath I realize there was so much Truth (capital T) in their lyrics that I never realized. Hopefully subconsciously I acted on some of it, but man, wish I'd have paid more attention and I could maybe have avoided getting caught up in some of the b.s. in my life over the past 30 years. \m/
@@foret4a874 yeah I knew war pigs, iron man and paranoid, that's it! lol it's amazing that all three of those come off the same album, as if they're the only hits sabbath made.
Get well soon, Lady Bladder 😊! BERNIE GERMANY BOLLYWOOD LOVER 😊
One of the best songs EVER !!!
Yes a awesome group and song
Released 1973 and still better than most crap that comes out today.
Just pure perfection 🤘🤘🤘
Ozzy voice is truly out of this world
Ozzy's voice already sounded absolutely insane and so unique since that time of Sabbath's first albums.
Black Sabbath Wrote the Blueprint for all Heavy Metal. The GOATS.🤘🤘🤘🤘💯
BAD ASS ALBUM!! BLACK SABBATH IS THE BEST!!
Right on! I haven't heard this in so long, it's like hearing it for the first time
Ward one of the most underrated drummer . He's attacking them drums with force!!!
I’m convinced those two black dudes in the crowd are from the future and they figured out a way to travel back in time to see this concert, because that’s exactly how I’d be reacting to the magic happening on stage
Fuck yeah those dudes are feelin it !
They were my first concert 1974
You really nailed it with this comment
They were photoshopped into the video
Music brings us all together.
Never ceases to amaze me how different the same song can be! That's why I love Sabbath, their songs are almost never straight forward! Best band of all time
The best band of all time hand down
Hello Sarah, good day to your and it is nice seeing you here.
Ozzy's vocals definitely at his best in the 70's!!
Very much underrated masterpiece.
All hail Black Sabbath
Black Sabbath are Gods
Yah! Did you catch the 2013 reunion show? No Ward; Brad Wilk from Rage on the kit...awesome drum solo!🤘🌲😎
Geezer wrote most of the tunes. He was the backbone of this band. Hands down.
Magic.
That riff will get you through anything
So great for all of us , to release the truth of black Sabbath . infinity chapter 8 tod . . . . .
From "Black Sabbath" to "13" and every album in between, Sabbath have the final word on the meaning of Heavy Metal.
And all the other genres ..
I haven't even heard the whole Heaven and Hell album yet...I've got some catchin up to do, eh? You can stuff Born Again tho ( no offence to Ian Gillan, another of the greatest voices In Rock😉)
@@JustJeph33 BORN AGAIN is a Fantastic Album...
@@barryjgillis I'll have a listen...thanx, Barry. Metal on, dude🤘
As long as Geezer is in the band! That Tony solo stuff suked
That drummer is just beating those drums like a animal! Fuckin awesome!
Bill Ward is the effing man
Animal from the Muppet Show was modeled on this drummer.
@@RLifestyle453 I hope this is true
@@RLifestyle453 no he wasn’t, Animal was modeled after Keith Moon from The Who and John Bonham from Led Zeppelin
That drummer is William Thomas Ward aka Bill Ward one of the goats
Greatest band of all time! Listen to Bill Ward!! 👍🏻
65 years old and still my number one band can't touch this the godfathers of heavy metal
What the hell was Geezer playing ? An eight string bass, 12 string ? Who the hell knows.... Wore it out though. 🤔
Amazing! One of the things I love about this is that you can still hear the influence of Blues, Jazz and even a bit of Soul in their early tunes. Love it!
Ozzy the more I c and lisn to u the more I understand the depth of love u have for life..and the strength and bollix u got to embrace life.mmmassive respect.u can never b a broken soul..only u kno wot it takes and how to b u ..u will always overcome
For me Geezer is one of the greatest lyricists of any genre. His lyrics are criminally underrated. Some of them border on Kierkegaard.
But it wasn't Geezer who wrote that song. Bill Ward wrote it.
Bill might have come up with the title, but Geezer wrote the lyrics(he claims they were written after a stay in the hospital dealing with kidney problems from drinking too much)
@@wrayven right, like 5 years in and it's already taking its toll on him. Ward would certainly not come up with this in his best day! Great drummer tho..kinda jazzy
All Hail The Mighty Black Sabbath.
With such delight I remember my favorite band. Few people show such complex melodies. Geniuses
The King of heavy Rock one and Only OZZY 🎤🎼🤘🤘🤘and Black Sabbath 🔥🔥🔥
Utterly brilliant song and performance by Sabbath! Part of the pleasure of watching this video, for me, is seeing the two super-fans with the custom-made Sabbath t-shirts going berserk. If you love heavy music, it really can take hold of you, and its a beautiful thing.
Yup, and no negative side effects! Just a great feeling...
I first heard this about 1975, still sounds so damn good.
thanks for allowing the rest of us a view of this incredible live footage.
It's rumoured that Toni gets his killer riffs from the power of that man-stache
That cocaine and probably qualudes
✨🤩Jordan Quesnel✨🌛✨⚡️✨🌝I think you’ve got something there, Jordan! ✨💥✨☄️✨⚡️✨🌈Very Good!!!🌟✨☀️✨
@@gaylelau001 Whoo, whoo, whoo, whoo, whoo.
Woodcock Johnson why would you say such a thing ?
Woodcock Johnson you obviously know nothing of this band.
Of course still here! Even after all these years.
amazing. you can see some people in the crowd genuinely don’t know how to react to this type of music. i wish i was there but was born a little late.
Yeah, I sometimes feel bad for you guys not being able to see these bands live.
BXLLY JXCK *paranoid
BXLLY JXCK I listened to their Paranoid album for quite a time, but was sure missing out on their other songs.
Idk why those three songs are the only ones, stuck in the collective consciousness of American's, but most people are missing out on jems, just as good if not better than them.
@@ForeverYoungKickboxer ha ha I'm obsessed with Sabbath, but even I find it unlikely that their songs would've made any real contribution to changing your life for the better. I mean N.I.B might make you reconsider signing your soul away to Satan, but most people don't ever come across that problem in life anyways lol.
I love how literally nobody sounds like Ozzy's singing and yet it sounds so badass
I was worried about that guy jumping around the whole time, he could die from happiness, literally.
This song rules. Starts out all surf rock and instantly morphs into the mind crushing hook, seamless transition
This year 2023 I've listened
Black Sabbath 25 years. And
still Black Sabbath is fucking
great heavy metal band.
Bill ward é realmente um dos melhores bateristas que sequência é essa? ele faz um ritmado como ninguém outro! e o Tony no solo fora de série!
Isso
William Thomas ''Bill'' Ward! Best drummer ever!
MVDOTTLINGER ... the original caveman
Wayno Walden you bet ya
MVDOTTLINGER YES 🤘
Exactlly! All the talk about Bonham all THE TIME! Bill Ward is much more INOVATIVE! Scuce me for my bad english.
Beating them skins like they just fucked his sister
I love early Black Sabbath
Me To🖤🔥🔥Best band Ever Love Sabbath 🤘🤘🤘
Black Sabbath the godfathers of heavy metal period.
Absolutely love Black Sabbath!❤️🔥🖤💕
So pure l love them
Seen these cats, original line up, New Years Eve, circa 98?
On their reunion tour. Just a DEADLY SHOW as i had the boards under my arms the entire gig. Still TIGHT with Bill in sync and bashing the shit outta the drums, ozz might have needed some visual prompter screens but THEY NEVER MISSED A BEAT NOR A NOTE and it was worth waiting 19 years to see them and put their past behind them. God Bless
My first album was black Sabbaths, black Sabbath I learned it note 4 note,I was 15 at the time,
My dad hated it, my hole family where musicians, country o well I marched 2 the beat of my on drum,
I can't count the hours I spent learning every album after that, there music touch my very soul, that was in 75 ,
I'm 57 now,and still rocking, long live rock,Steven k.
I learnt Sabbaths first album note for note when I was 15 too...46 now...
Steven Clifton we have stuff in common... Except the country music!
I thought I was Black Sabbath's greatest fan!! Apparently not. That guy in the white tshirt has me beat I think
:-D
2:18, this guy? acting just like a gay millenial at a lady gaga concert while she belts out I was born this way
What type of drugs do that to a person, besides black sabbath of course.
Shelly Washington-You didn't see me in 1978, seeing Sabbath on the "Never Say Die" tour! I may be 61, NOW, but I wasn't THEN, Baby!!!!! You shoulda been there!!!!
Me too, I thought I was until I saw him lol
MOST people were good back then. I used to go to concerts all of the time. For several years, there was a van load of girls who'd pick me up, and we went to a lot of great shows. I miss it a lot.
I saw them in concert 1978. Best concert ever! ❤
Van Halen opened for them in 1978.
@@Danimal77 yes!! Van Halen played, then black Sabbath didn't because of a 'problem' lol they came back the following Friday, so got to see Van Halen twice that week. Were you there?
