How is Mer-Man So Rare? It's A Walmart Exclusive

I was hoping today would be 2Bopsteady day at Target for the completion of the Turtles of Grayskull Build a figure Metalbotto, but it seems I will have to wait for him to ship. Some time around Nov 7. This long away Bebop and Rocksteady mix isn't showing up in stock... SO! I finally crack open my Mer-Man Deluxe figure which I picked up from walmart a while ago. It has become one of the most rare and hard to fine TMNT X He-Man Origins figures. As it seemingly got one stock at walmart and has not been stocked since.
Which is a shame, this figure is amazing. Its the most translucent turtles of grayskull figure, has the big ol snake tail which is awesome, sweet golden armor. A trident a cool sea coral sword thing. This figure is awesome. I wish more people could get it. Hopefully ‪@Mattel‬ puts out more stock of this amazing figure. If you can watch this review and not be filled with desire and nostalgia for the king of the seas... I dunno what to tell you

Mer-Man, mutated by Ooze, is a vicious deep-sea predator fighting for his new masters, Shredder and Krang. The figure is designed at 5.5-inch scale and has 15 points of articulation and an all-new look. The mutation has created human legs for Mer-Man and the fully mutated look includes red eyes, translucent legs, arms and mutated head. He comes with a swappable serpent tail and new coral sword.
