Thank you, Thank you! I was able to repair a Breville ct70xl. I used super glue to glue a small piece of a zip tie to build up the trigger area. It fixed it!
Easy when all you have is Philips type screws, but my Kenwood is fixed with just two weird looking dome shape screws surrounded by indents. Need a special socket type tool, that can't be found anywhere. Basterds!
Hi can you tell please how I word test solenoid to see if it's gone bad.I have heston blumenthal toaster but leaver won't stay down any help word be great thanks
activate the contact points by pushing the lever down and if the solenoid is working it will produce a magnetic effect. test that by using a screwdriver head.

My cuisinart toaster has lever knobs that won’t come off. Therefore I cannot take the top cover off😢

I followed, but now my toaster won't stay down on either side :( I think I broke it
