I feel you with the putting on weight thing, I've been going through the same thing recently but trying to balance being mentally ill, meds that can cause weight gain and trying to have a healthy relationship with food and exercise is super hard. The industry you're in is brutal as well. It's literally a normal thing and weight fluctuates, I keep just reminding myself of that and yes I could exercise more and eat better but sometimes that isn't the main priority if that makes sense. I also love food now and the fact that I'm not feeling lightheaded all of the time etc, it's just difficult to balance
