Thanks to you guys. I used ‘fast rings’ and Tesa tape on my recent door speaker install. What a difference. I’ve done so many installs without fast rings...and this time around, it was so much better. Thanks again
Dean you do not know how good it is to have the morning video, thank you and like always great work. I gave Paul my phone number yesterday just in case you remember what you wanted to talk to me about.
thanks for videos man! you are my inspiration to get back into the game. and one day open up my shop... my big boy job is no longer something i want to do and i miss these days badly... keep up the awesome work! dean and Fernando! saludos!
Love seeing the ole TJ! SLC DMV is fast and efficient....no, I'm not being sarcastic at all. It's nice to live somewhere that actually tries to be quick about their government work.
Just a question, new to your channel. I have a 2018 ram 1500 slt with the big display. Does the factory radios have the av in jack or rca to add hdmi. Would there be an easier way to screen mirror?
Just remove the Hairpin clips on the Backseat slide it to one side and Remove the entire seat in 5 minutes.. then you will have plenty of room to access the Soundbar comfortably
I went to replace my factory sub in the console with the audio pipe as well and found that it had already been replaced as well. My problem is that I do not seem to be getting any signal from the brown and grey set of wires going to one side of the dual ohm sub. I switched the leads and still don’t have a signal coming from the grey and brown wires. I tested all the pins coming from the radio that runs to the plug in center console and had signal on all 4 channels and had 12 v power and remote power. Any way to test factory amp. Like it being in console so I don’t waste space in Jeep and I have a soft top. Any info or suggestions would be appreciated. Enjoy all you videos
I’m replacing my factory sub and the previous owner had aftermarket JVC head installed. Factory sub was blown so nothing ever coming out. Installed new sub and nothing. How do you check the harness to see if power coming to factory amp like you did?
@@kell9996 I assumed amp was bad since no lights came on so I bought a $32 200 watt 2 channel amp ( Amazon Boss ) and mounted it under driver’s seat. Need a 2 channel because it is a dual coil sub. Sounds really good a 6” sub and my single din head unit has sub ports with cross over.
Avery Upendo that depends on your amp, if your amp is rated to do 800 watts Rms @2 ohms then yes. Although if that same speaker isn’t designed to handle 800 watts, then you’re more than likely going to fry that voice coil.
Any trip to the DMV that lasts less then 2 hours, is a good trip
For my '05 TJ, I installed a 12' Type R on the back seat with the seat belt on.

what would the cost be to get this done ?
when you pop tested that factory subwoofer did you take into account it would be backwards since you was testing it from the back?
Yes

Serious question how do you remove pillars from 2014 Chevrolet equinoxes, without setting off air bags
Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery so it won't have any power to the air bags.

It's DMV....Department of Motor Vehicles
If I have a 4ohm speaker rms 400watts and wire the speaker to 2ohms, does that double my rms to 800watts?

Hey guys can't find anything on it I changed my radio and the factory sub don't work. Any help would be appreciated
I had the same question did u get it yet?
They’re such a cute couple 😂
Great video but that’s not a 99 probably on 04-06
So whys he always cover the steering wheels and shifters on a job?
I like how everyone buys a jeep in a state with almost no off road locations and no snow.
Most SUV or Jeep owners in any states don't take them off road. No different than buying expensive sports cars & not racing on tracks.
Oh no video oh yay dmv 🤔 🧐🤯 oh yay a video oh no dmv! 😎
I've been to Hell, I spell it DMV... anyone that's been there knows precisely what I mean!!!
12:05 Where can I buy that Ugandan Super Solder?
