Yes, I thought about putting a bigger one on...and the front lip too. I am gonna do it at some point, but like you said...this thing is nice like it is. I'm just trying to enjoy it now, and slow down with the MODs lol...it's hard though.
@@JWilliams: I passed on my Z06 and will be getting a Dark Horse fully loaded & will add the Whipple SC for 800+ rwhp. I have driven a few thousand miles in both the Stingray & Z06. My brothers have both. After waiting 3.5 years I decided to go another route. Bought a Porsche 911 Turbo S in Red and still have a Corvette and my daily will be my Dark Horse!!!😎

Yes, I went to my local Ford Dealership a few months ago in January. I noticed there is a gap on the 2024 Mustang Driver’s side below the headlight. There were 10 Mustangs on the lot. Probably 7 of the 10 had the headlight gap. I took pictures. I have a Mustang on order. Hopefully the 2024 Job 2 Mustangs won’t have these gap issues.
On another note. Yours looks CLEAN!! Very good choice of wheels and springs. Awesome setup and great colors playing off each other.

I also do have the same panel gap on my front drivers side headlight :( I have the 2024 mustang EcoBoost in white, so the gap separating the front headlight and front bumper stands out unfortunately because of the white color! I'm glad you uploaded this video because I realized I'm not the only one.
Same issues I seen when buying my 1LE. Many had gaps in the passenger side rear bumper.
I like your honesty brother, I’ve seen lots of imperfections on a lot of vehicles, from non consistent body lines to noticeable gaps and lots of texture in the paint, slight paint runs or ripples in the panels. It’s just the way it is, reason I see lots of it is me and my dad have a paint and body shop and we get insurance work in, and our job is to Mach what the factory puts out, and I’ll tell you with these plastic fascias now, they usually don’t line up that great at times due to poor retainers, so we try to adjust the retainer, that might be something you might want to look into, they usually call it bumper to fender bracket, I call them fender retainers. Nice car btw!! 👍🏼

Mine has the same gap I believe also I have the nite pony package which adds a black roof and I noticed there’s a slight like ripple in the clear coat. I got the car right off the truck so it’s definitely a factory defect.

Nice presentation. I have the same gap on my 2024 Mustang. I will be contacting the dealership. Hopefully they’ll fix this issue. 🤞 Other than that, I am loving everything about mine!

I don't have the gap then again I changed my grill so I had to take the front in off but mine is fine
I just looked at my 2024 - and have the same headlight body gap on the drivers side.
I also have it on driver and passenger side. Only issue I have seen. I also don’t know if I want to take it to the dealer. It doesn’t bother me to much, but than again feel like it shouldn’t be there lol. Idk I’ll call Monday and see how long they wanna take to do it

No, only Black, Bronze, and my color here. Graphite. They used to come in Chrome, but you might not find them for the Mustang in that option.
Two questions: Have you done a video explaining the switch from C8 to 2024 Mustang GT? I am curious to hear why the switch as those two are rather different cars. Second question, how is the MT82 transmission treating you? I had heard they updated it but it has such a poor reputation by owners I am inclined to go 10 speed even though I typically would prefer to row my own. Thoughts?

What do you think about the two holes in the inner wheel wells in front that collect stones off the road?
I'm not seeing any stones being collected, so I'm not concerned about that right now.
You are lucky, when we first brought ours home from the dealer I removed a substantial amount that was trapped above the protection board. By 1000 miles the braces that come off the k member that are basically exposed by the openings were down to bare metal.
I made closures for the openings, we live off a gravel road so the Pirrellis pick up a lot of stones
That front bumper cover gap might just be a loose or defective push pin.
Brembos squeal and make noise it's the Brembo pads... I have the same issue with brand new pads.. It's not all the time is random... Next time I get pads I am going to get the dust free ones too.. My God the dust I get from the Brembo's is over the top.. But congrats on the car she looks clean..

Given how much money people are paying for these cars I would take mine in to get it fixed or refuse delivery until they fix it. That gap is pretty noticeable. Nice color! What color is that called again? My favorite for the GT is Vapor Blue and for the Darkhorse my favorite is Blue Ember. 😁
Yeah, I don't fall into the paying a lot side. I only paid 42k for mine, that is a 4k discount I got. Tons are getting discounts, you just might not hear about it. However, ALL cars are a lot, not just this year. The argument that these are overpriced will continue next year, when prices go up. Make sense? Every year there is a price increase, has always been this way. But I what I've notice is this. People who don't have the S650, want one...but won't just buy it. Because they have the older models, and they paid less back then depending on the car. I think that is a silly argument to try making. Car prices having going up since well, cars have been getting made. It might sound crazy, but I think it's just a form a hate...because of 2 things. Owners of the older models want this mode, but can't afford it. OR, they tried to trade their current model..and they still own too much so they can't get out it. I'm new to Ford cars, as this is my first Mustang. But I still know how to read and research, and I too know that the GT was a little cheaper back on the older models. But common sense, is not so common these days.

The C8 corvette doesn't have a manual transmission and that sucks
check where the bumper meets the quarter panel. bad ripples both sides. ford is replacing my bumper. all gt ive seen have this body defect
Did they end up fixing the rear bumper ripples? I see it in mine as well, ford should issue a TSB for this.
Wait a minute, you had me going with the headlight. I've seen that on several cars. How did you miss the ripples on the rear bumper cover where the side seam is? You can see it from the tail lights, going towards the wheels. I can even see it in your video. How did you miss that? That's a big deal!
And Ford is just asking way too much for this car. That's the biggest problem.

And how are you not rubbing. My OEM tires are 305-30-19s. A 20 should be less than that. I run my summer rear tires in the rear as a 325-30-19 on an 11 inch wheel rear, 10.5 front. . I'm just simply shocked you don't rub with a taller and wider tire.
No rub and no scrub...It also depends on the wheel setup, and this is the size American Racing told me will fit with no issues. They were right. As for the ripples, I don't notice anything. That might be the camera playing tricks on you lol.
@@JWilliams If you look at the right angle you'll be able to see the ripples in the bumper cover at the seam, I have it on mine as well. Its one of those things that doesn't jump out at you and if you need to lean your head a certain way to see it or be at the right angle, as you said, it just isn't worth the hassles of going through the dealer. I don't want a new cover or have it resprayed and then potentially deal with the color not matching. Nice car.

As much as I hate to say it, Ford has terrible quality control. I think everyone who has a Mustang GT from 11 and up are still fighting gaps in their panels.. I just adjusted my hood latch because My hood was sitting to low in the front. I had to raise it back up and I can never get things perfect. Us, Mustang Owners' go through some real BS with these cars for what they cost thats for sure...

Not sure about that. I have a 23 Mach 1 with Handling Pack and it's pretty much flawless.
@@G.G.001I’ve had two S550s. A 2015 GT Premium and a 2017 Roush Stage 3. The same gaps in basically the same area which is the rear passenger side marker is the common misalignment.

My Tesla is good, I have not noticed any panel gaps on it. Had it for a year now since new.
