it worked !!! bought the tool and it was ridiculously easy (after busting my knuckles without it) you did forget to mention to the viewers to 'paste the tool hook itself' with silicone paste, otherwise once the hanger releases the muffler, 'it now won't let THE TOOL let go" ! lol

Do you have to take off the rubber hangers to remove the muffler? I’ve been trying to figure that out for a while

With some soapy water and a pry bar you can typically push the rubber hanger away from the muffler to loosen it up.

We frequently lower exhaust systems in order to Install hitches on the vehicles.
