You can but need to keep few things in mind while using. Check for sugar and also dairy creamer might make the dough slightly looser compared to milk powder. Start with less liquid (water or milk) when forming the dough and add gradually as needed.
Store in an airtight container for up to 7-10 days. If you refrigerate it’ll stay for up to 2-3 weeks but I personally don’t recommend doing that coz refrigeration creates moisture and that’ll spoil or won’t give u that perfect taste.

Definetly u can refer this quantity 1/2 liter full fat milk 150 Gm sugar 50gm cashew nuts 1/2 tsp vanilla Boil the milk until it reduces then add sugar and dissolve it… then you can add the cashew powder… just make sure that the dough is not sticky
