The sound in this video is terrible
what do you look for in a portfolio:
( 0:45 )"for us design is a big deal, we want people who can really think and design things"
me, an artist:
ahh yeah, that's what I will use in my next portfolio. just design things, duh!
Theres a difference between making art and making a design
Really good advices here! Specially the "No rush" one. Feels like a huge speedster race at the moment.
Thank you for the share!
I found this video rather informative, but one thing that i really liked is how it keeps my attention by showing me art every 30 seconds.
I have been trying to find small studios to work for, but it seems geting an internship can be almost as hard as landing the job.
Keep Rocking! Internship is just a start. Gain experience and land that job.
@Keep Rocking! I don't remember typing that.
@Keep Rocking! if you have no experience working then you have a chance to not be hired because of that... internships exist for a reason .-.
@Keep Rocking! No they're not.. not everything is about money. Internship is not only a job but a learning experience. Qualified people exchange their knowledge for your work. I don't see how it's a waste of time.. especially when you're just starting out, maybe have only finished HS and want to learn.
Have you made it :D?
Why people in Viet Nam can not go to Artstation webside ?
Music is distracting
Why am i watching this i can't even draw straight line
Everything is either straight or a curved line. Keep working, you'll get there.

Hi, I just wanted to ask a question. Does connect art have to be digital or can I like paint on a book and that be art or do I have to make it digital.
If you are very very very good it can be traditional
most of these portfolios sucks to be honest, they don't present design solutions, just pretty well rendered images
This is getting old. Can we get some actual 3D artists to give advice on portfolios? Thanks and much appreciated. Still a decent vid.
