You are probably aware of this, but I find it super helpful when I fall off the wagon- Ease yourself out of the sweet tooth by eating enough fruit! Personally I can silence a sweet tooth with red apples. Not sure why its red apples, haha, but after I come back from holidays, a weekend or even just a few days of exams, I make sure that I eat fruit for morning and afternoon tea and it literally numbs any cravings for chocolate and lollies!
Your videos are inspiring to get me in track and organized. I always feel so busy that seeing you get up shop early and get it all done makes me feel like I can do it to. Thank you

I would love a come back series so I can follow along! I treated myself to some unhealthy chocolate a week ago and now I can't stop. It doesn't help that the people I live with have unhealthy food in the fridge and pantry, so I have some instead of my dark chocolate 😓❤️

It is hard but then I know my insides are going to be so much happier than his - my life goal is to get him to know more about health and why he should be eating certain foods but do not want to nag haha so doing it ever so slightly! Georgie Stevenson that's a good way to put it! My husband has diverticulitis and has to watch what he eats.. Things like nuts and seeds are dangerous for him to eat along with certain chemicals that they put on the food so it stays "fresh" longer makes it almost impossible for him to digest it.. So that is a great way to help me motivate him more!! Thanks for the idea!! Oh and just thought I would share... I have made some small changes here and there along with the amazing motivation from watching you and well I just lost another 5 pounds!! Thanks girl💜💜
