Nah because its for a purpose. You lose Electro for the board space, and you play Sandman so restrict your opponents gameplay if his deck requires playing multiple cards per turn.
I mean there's a world where the opponent follows up with debri and you just drew Patriot, so maybe you want to patriot ultron instead and ignore Sandman - just keeping your options open
Deck building is the funnest part of the game in my opinion. That is why I vehemently despise locations like Weirdworld, District X, Triskellion, Ego, I don't know if I can name others but honestly if I see any of those I retreat immediately. I will lose 1 cube, fine. But I don't have fun not playing the deck that I put together or a new deck that I'm testing out in order to make changes to. Probably an unpopular opinion but I'd remove at least the first 2 locations I mentioned If I were in charge of the games development.
Bro he has the same broken cards that most people don't have in half his decks lmao. Those cards are the meta. Aero, Doom, and Magneto just win games on their own. Then he has Wave, Electro, Scorpion, Sunspot... Yeah, totally offmeta lmao
They need to add more brackets for matchmaking. It's getting old really quick going against people that pack decks with busted cards while I'm sitting at CL600 and pool 2 cards.
Honestly, I think the most exciting part of the Destroyer deck, in particular, is that it includes both Iron Man and Captain America. Having a viable deck that lets me use my 2 favorite characters from the MCU… is priceless ❤ Keep up the great high quality content! Your efforts are much appreciated by all of your viewers!
I would love to see a redive into a Thanos-card deck. I know he's so far ahead in the series but it'll be cool to see the different ways he can be utilized. So far running him with a Death/Destroy deck has been giving me mixed results but a fun time nonetheless.
Since Sandman is everywhere at the moment, I just slotted Doctor Doom into my Spectrum Thanos list. Been working wonders against them since I can usually pull ahead prior to the sandman hitting the field.
@@tylercross4431 Might be a rank thing but yeah. Been around rank 65-73 range, luckily climbing with my deck now that I've made proper adjustments. Maybe Sandman will start showing up less once the recency bias is gone, but for now I am seeing him on a somewhat regular basis.

NTW’s effect goes for both players and I’m assuming whoever has the priority will have their card destroyed first

That's certainly how it’s been for me so far. It feels weak against most of the archetypes I come against regularly. Went back to a control deck to regain cubes.

Gonna have to give Leech and Klaw a try in my build -- I gained 80 cubes from 63->71 today playing almost the same as your first featured list. Been running Devil Dino for the surprise factor, since you often end the game with five cards in hand anyways.
I'm missing both Mystique and Wave, and they seem like real cornerstone cards of so many decks. It's somewhat frustrating how you can't really target them unless you get lucky in the token shop or reserve pulls.
I've been feeling that way about she hulk and death but by far mystique and wave are more vital, I hope you get good luck or can afford the bundle coming soon for mystique

Hey cozy, I've just had a guy playing a normal wave destroy death deck have a random scarlet witch as a tech card (tell me the probability of that) and changing a bar with no name into a baxter building, that being literally the only possible way for him of winning (either that or nexus) so yeah, i'm unnistalling. Just letting you know I'll keep suscribed anyways cause the content is entertaning.
Man, when i finally thought i could have some fun with ur previous Dr. Patriot list since i for once had all the cards. They went and changed Sandman and now he fits in a ramp deck and GUESS WHAT. I'M CL 2800 AND STILL DONT HAVE ELECTRO WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
It's only so so. Playing wave into sandman is almost always a loss as they play a six drop. And your own six drops are not good enough on turn 3 except for onslaught. Destroyer is shang shi fodder and most of the times you haven't setup yet to prevent his destroy effect not to mention that without cosmo in the list he's very often not something you want to play as armor beyond turn 2 is thanks to electro/sandman never an optimal move. The deck mostly shines with an onslaught + klaw+ iron man lane beating most other decks with something played to the right or an hard to play into location. Again as soon as you face meta decks most decks with disruption like an aero just straight up win.

Anyone else think Camp Lehigh is broken? (In a bad way) It's supposed to give you a random 3 value card, and every single game, it's been Vulture for me, and I believe my opponents are getting him as well. (I've seen them play/discard him)
Electro Sandman decks brick too easily. Why do you not cover these points? Electro must be in hand by turn 3, so only 50% chance to draw, Sandman must be in hand turn 4 or the whole strategy falls apart. Its so inflexible. Having played this today its so mediocre.
I tried the first deck. The first 5 times I got crushed by a few points. I feel like with this deck I'm playing better players than my shitty homemade destroy deck.
I gotta say I really don't like this Sandman change. Allowing him to effectively fight for a lane is a huge mistake because it makes him basically an auto-include in every single Ramp deck and that just means that Ramp now can shut out an enormous chunk of the metagame with ONE CARD. Personally, I think the better way to make Sandman would be to limit cards in the lane he's played, and that way you can more effectively allow him to fight for board. The fact that he's a game-wide effect means that Ramp can win games against more than just DeathWave on turn 4. I see this change as effectively replicating the effect Leader had on the metagame. He's now just a metagame parameter, meaning decks that require multiple cards in a turn to win (so like...most of them...) can't reliably win in the metagame. 1/10 balance change; it gets a 1 because it accomplished what it set out to do: stop people from whining about DeathWave; it gets -9 because it turns the metagame into a really stale, Ramp vs. whatever beats Ramp metagame.
As a shuri player, this "buff" does nothing to stop me as well, just going to have to wait a week for the fomo to be over to switch back to cerebro 2 tho so that sucks

Klaw is underated, he's won me loads of games recently, especially if hide under Invisible woman or something, no one ever expects it

I would love to see cards have team tags or something. When you have 4 or how many ever cards in play with a matching tag, you gain an effect.

electro is especially core to the deck. Wave is a close second. These decks are based on these cards creating the archetype..unfortunately.
Psylocke works, especially with a decent 1 card on turn 3 that you wouldn't be able to play later.
You need multiple ramp cards for this archetype to work. Especially the first ongoing deck because it’s so top loaded with 5/6 cost cards
