I'm going to try this. Walmart accidentally delivered the hamburger in a tube like roll. I tried this a very long time ago and it was horrible. Will follow up with you on this.😊

This was great although I won’t be adding any of the spices and salt as I am cooking the mince for my dog. He loves it. I used to cook burgers for him in the oven but I wanted to do it another way so this is great.

Nice music, I usually do not like the music in videos like this. I have extremely fatty pork I have to process and boiling it is the best way to deal with the fat.

If you leave it in the fridge the fat solidifies into a layer on top of the water.

This might sound like a dumb question, but before you boil the meat, it's not necessary to fry it, right? It's just optional. That's what I'm assuming. (I'm a beginner in cooking, by the way...

I boil the beef in a skillet not chopped up and just cover the meat with water on low heat and I do 2# at a time then crumble the meat after cooking.I swap to chicken so the dog thinks it is special now and then.

    • @giselsilva

Of course! It's beef broth. Let it cool completely and grease will solidify at the top. Remove that grease and use the liquid (beef broth)

@Leslie Taylor Put the water in the fridge. Once it is cool, the fat will rise to the top and solidify. You can then spoon it off and dispose of it in the garbage.

To Sonia and Community: The preparation is probably healthier as the fat pours out. Put some BBQ sauce in the mix, and this would be fit for a gastronome.
