There is no “media & purchases” option under iCloud so now what? Try signing out then back in? What iOS version are u in or iPhone cause that makes a difference as they keep changing shit...
Way easier way (stated in the video that worked for me as of February 2022) : go to settings, click media and purchases, click view account and from there enter your password then it would bring u to a screen that says “complete apple ID” and follow the steps from there. (This could be for new iphone users because my little brother’s phone had the issue)

I hope you answer me as the storage of my iPhone is become full and it’s still restoring even the photos that I deleted since long time!

But anyway here's the issue I'm having whenever I try to use the iTunes app on my Mac Book Pro 13 it always spams me with the reviewing my Apple ID even thought I have signed in multiple times and I have no idea as to how to get past this. Yeah it's funny I signed in then it says click review you click review and it makes you sighing again and when you sign in it tells you the same @#$# thing.."this apple id has not yet been used with the app store" it a $$$# loop? Are apple designers morons? I'm ready to return this POS.

Finally it worked. Was about to return my 13 Pro Max after I traded my S21 Ultra in for it.
