it would be nice if you had a device to provide a real fix. Many of the solutions you provided are not possible once an apple ID is not active. Changing your password being one of these things...

Best advice ever. Did absolutely nothing my phone says Cannot Verify Identity This Apple ID is not active. After using is for a week nothing like this has happened my email is stable and password is correct and still nothing and apple support is just as trash as the video thanks alot.

An extra problem is that if you want to sign out of the bad acting AppleID ID account and just create a new one, you _can't_ if find my device is active. This is not mentioned I nthe video.

Yes it will work if you make a new ID but you will need to make sure everything attached to the cloud is transferred somewhere or you will lose everything.
