Congrats on the new boat, Nick. She's a beauty. Looking forward to videos of her. Hopefully, you'll let your daughter have some time at the helm. She'll remember that for years to come. Congrats again!
Awesome to get a look at the details of an incredibly high end product from a down to earth personality. Reminds me of seeing Ferraris and Lamborghinis at car shows. Thanks!
No doubt There has been a lot of good in my life however it comes with a price. I promise there is plenty of bad stuff too. Just like everyone else we succeed in certain areas and fail/struggle in other areas.
Congratulations for the new boat!!Hope you will have manny nice memories on it and safe drive. Realy enjoy to watch your videos Nick, from first video I can see you are great Captain and good guy and that you are realy enjoy what your job!! I specially as a chef, like to wach how you bring in your videos also cooking and preparing fish, what you catched.. I recently started fishing charter too, but just on the other side of the world in Croatia, Mediterranean sea.. Little bit different species of fish from your topical sea and not so rich with fish but still great job and great life style.. Tight lines 🐟🐟🎣🎣👋
Congratulations on the new boat! She's a beauty! I think you're going to like the new Garmin's. I hope someday you can do a video on the effectiveness of the new radar finding birds. Safe travels to the Bahamas!
BADDDDDAAAAASSSSSS! A FREEMAN SURELY WOULD BE ON THE BUCKET LIST ! WOW WAT A BOAT ,YALL DESERVE IT AN I KNOW THAT IN YALLS LIFESTYLE AN WORK ITS A GREAT FIT..KUDOZ CAPT. NIC. LOOKIN FOWARD TO THE NEXE VIDS..STAYSAFE..
Congratulations!!!!!!! Awesome boat!!! Great tour!!! I just ordered a 42 HCB and get it 1/15/24---so pretty excited!! We will take it to Key West for some fishing a few times next year so may see you!!!!
Wow that flying bridge is real great feature and this 2024 model is even more eye candy than the old one, and old guy is still top boat. Congrats guys 🎉
I'm with you on getting Yamaha's as much I would love to buy US made. I want to get home at the end of the day. Nice boat you all have paid your dues to get where your at
100 agree. I Would love to buy all USA made but I want the most reliable product. It would be foolish to think we all don’t use stuff in our everyday lives from overseas, whether it’s a cell phone, tv, car, microwave, oven, clothing etc. Thanks for watching 👊🏻
All I kept thinking was, I was born in the wrong family. Glad to see this man was worthy of the one he was born in.. Safe journeys, frisky bait and success to you young man.
Lovely boat !! Interesting to see you taking the yamaha nowadays they come with the fancy 600 mercury love your choice to keep it simple and the reliability of yamaha !!
@@StanzFam thank you for your response and the info! Will be upgrading my electronics soon and trying to decide between those 2 myself . I have always used garmin but simrad looks good too. You just helped me decide to stick to garmin! Thanks.
Beautiful boat. I like white and gray. We love our yamahas as well. One thing about my garmin sometime when I change the screens I lose my depth don't know why that is.
The fact you have kept using Yamaha 300s for so long is a big reason why I repowered my boat with them. 150 hours so far, haven’t had the slightest hiccup ever! I even took it to Pulley Ridge from Sanibel last month!
We charter the boat so we all have captains licenses to offer trips. I know people with freemans up to 47’ without a captains license, but I would assume insurance costs go down when the owner has one. Not sure if there is a specific size vessel where you need a license
Another great vid. Question..the older 42 with the new motors that where installed on. How much of a pounding can these Freemans take being used as a charter boat before one decides to buy a new one and sell the old? Pounding..i.e. Saltwater corrosion on electronics and such that might keep the boat down and not making money.
Obviously the more use the more wear and tear but the biggest factor of me selling is the resale value. With the long wait times we have been able to get out of a 2-3 year old boat and into a new one without coming out of pocket. My original 37 we got in January 2016 prob has over 12,000 hours on the hull and could use a fresh makeover with regards to switch panels , lights , some wiring etc
@@StanzFamnever really thought about the build time. That makes sense. Congrats on the new one. Love the whole channel and how fast the little ones grow..unreal. Blink of an eye and my daughter is 10.
Thanks! If you ordered one 4 years ago and just took delivery after waiting your turn to build it would be around $900k. If you ordered one today it’s still 3 years out and would between $1.1-$1.2 mil
Congrats on the new boat, Nick. She's a beauty. Looking forward to videos of her. Hopefully, you'll let your daughter have some time at the helm. She'll remember that for years to come. Congrats again!

@@StanzFam Just curious, why did you "make the switch to Garmin". Is it the screen size of the Garmins?

What kind of fish were those at 16:15? Small tarpon?
There’s a lot of tarpon in the marina basin
Awesome but at 62 MPH what was the MPG?...........Beautiful boat, go make memories.
Prob 105- 110 gph at that zero , so .6 mpg or so
