Are you setting the throttle halfway to get 3%?
I did a draw test with mine in a 4gpm PW and only getting 1.4% out the gun.

I'm confused, the ball and spring were installed opposite of when you removed them. Or am I completely wrong?
Idk this is an old video. but the spring goes 1st and ball sits on top of the spring. Thats how theyre set up.
Sometimes my DS injectors fail on me. I've found that if I tap on it hard enough with my trigger squeezed, it will free the ball and start pulling chem. It doesn't always work but will surely make your DS last a little longer before rebuild.
That does work but that's a temporary fix. Eventually that spring abd ball gotta be replaced. Mine been going ever since this video. Crazy right?
Why when I use true blue I always get leaks
I use tru blu on the plastic parts and I use the thread locker on the brass and stainless steel parts pretty much.
Do you know what threads the hose barb uses? Can you test fit it to see if its the same threads as a general pump high draw injector? I'd like to do the check valve mod on the super suds sucker and see what kind of mix I get.
Ahhhh I'm not sure what threads it is. I know exactly what you mean to because I was gonna try that a few years ago.
