I'm glad I found you! Nothing worse than a reaction video when they stop every 30 seconds and have to talk. Your facial expressions and written commentary is all we need until the end. Keep up the great work!!
Sitting in my friends living room waiting for him to get ready so we can go to school 9 yrs old his dad bought him the album he cranks it up full blast it was instant love been hooked ever since then 40 yrs later
There are two distinct and separate incarnations of AC/DC. Most people are more familiar with the later group makeup with Brian Johnson as the lead vocalist, due in large part with the overwhelming commercial success of the Album Back in Black. It's simply amazing. The group was just as great with the original, late lead singer, Bon Scott but had a slightly different feel/flavor. It is definitely worth your time to check out some of the older songs like Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, TNT, Highway to Hell... Brian Johnson is great. But I absolutely LOVED Bon Scott. There'll never be anyone else like him.
Excellent point, I'm 63, and believe it or not 'Back In Black' was the first and only LP of AC/DC that I ever bought, and still have. Of course I have it on CD now too.
Bon helped them become universally well known, and great front man!! He was with them 6 years.Brian Johnson had the torch passed down to him 43 years ago,and except for a very forgettable replacement Axl Rose to tour for them, while he dealt with hearing issues from decades of performing,Brian and the gang are set to perform again shortly in L.A. I saw them in 1991 in Atlanta, hands down best concert ever went to,the building was literally shaking,22 song set,I don't know how they all aren't deaf playing for 50 years now.R.I.P Bon and Malcom, great, unforgetful memories from all of them!
Darling, as a very lucky Gen X growing up with this and more types of music. I can say that we've been listening from the start, now and years from now!! These groups, songs, music is timeless!!
When told he was one of the best guitarists, angus said im not even the best in the band. Also, they said you made 10 records that sound the same he said wrong, and we made 11 that sound the same Shows you how funny and humble angus is. Rip malcom young.
Oh that was Brian Johnson's first album with ACDC he replaced the singer Bon Scott who died of alcohol overdose and came back to the black and black album for bond is just a song twice in San Francisco 1980 1981 unbelievable performers
ACDC one of my all time favorites from them…and after 40 years….this song is still rocking 🎸 🥁…..great music….love your reaction MEE-GEE(rocking out with ACDC) ❤
I grew up in this era - many concerts with AC DC. through both lead singers. it was always an awesome time. hell this was my wrestling teams intro music.
This is your fourth AC/DC reaction now ( 3 on UA-cam ) soon be playlist time 😁 Epic reaction to an Epic band!! " You Shook Me All Night Long " another favourite from them!🎸
The difference with AC/DC is that they weren’t just a “Metal” band per se, they were one of the few heavy rock bands that actually played “Rock N’ Roll”. And they’ll tell you that. You could actually sway and dance to a lot of their older hits.
There's a reason why AC/DC's album 'Back in black' from 1980 is one of the top 5 best-selling albums of all time! 25 million copies sold in the US alone... dedicated to the spirit of their late singer Bon Scott, who unexpectedly died in early 1980 after a night of heavy drinking. Brian Johnson (vocals) did an amazing job on this record, and AC/DC captured lightning ⚡in a bottle... 'Back in black' still sells today! 10 songs on 'Back in black'... and every one is a banger 🔥🤘: 1) Hells bells, 2) Shoot to thrill, 3) What do you do for money, honey, 4) Given the dog a bone, 5) Let me put my love into you, 6) Back in black, 7) You shook me all night long, 8) Have a drink on me, 9) Shake a leg, 10) Rock n roll ain't noise pollution. ...courtesy of AC/DC - Angus Young (lead guitar), (the late) Malcolm Young (rhythm guitar), Brian Johnson (vocals), Cliff Williams (bass) and Phil Rudd (drums)... An essential rock album. AC/DC released a number of records, some better than others... they never really changed their sound over decades, and each record has great songs and some 'fillers'... But 'Back in black' is great all the way through. The only other AC/DC albums that come close are - 'Let there be rock' from 1977... 'Highway to Hell' from 1979... and 'Rock or bust' from 2014... (and their live albums - "If you want blood - you've got it" from 1978... and 'AC/DC Live' from 1992)
Wow MIa...nearly 19,000 subscribers!!! I remember not too long ago, you were chasing 10,000. Just shows you must be doing something right! Again, a lovely reaction to an absolutely classic track from 'Acca-Dacca'. There are many many others.too. These guys are the absolute GOAT's of hard rock and have been for around 50 years. 🙋♂ ❤
Wow 43 years old now I was 13 when this came out and was blown away as we all waited to hear the new guy and if he could replace Bon well the rest is history.
Yes it's a classic. For reference. The best selling album of all time is Thriller by Michael Jackson. The second best selling album of all time is Back In Black by AC/DC
I do hope you do more pre-'Back in Black' AC/DC next. Maybe try "Touch Too Much." AC/DC released six albums before Bon Scott died. I had them all...but didn't get to see them live until 7 months after Bon died; on the Back In Black Tour in Sept. 1980.
"Lethal!" HaHa, no doubt. This came out the summer before my sophomore year of high school in 1980. ACDC just flat out rocks. I'm so glad that they were one of THE bands during my formative years. Listen to more of them: Highway to Hell, Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution, Hells Bells, For Those About to Rock, the list goes on and on.
In my opinion you should start off with their first album " High Voltage " and work your way up album by album. That way you get a taste of the Bon Scott era & the Brian Johnson era .
Here is a list that you should try (in any order): -Let There be Rock - official video or Live at Apollo Theatre - (with Bon) -Whole Lotta Rosie (Live at River Plate) - (With Brian) -TNT (Live at River Plate) - (with Brian) -Riff Raff Live at Apollo Theatre - (with Bon) - The Jack Live at River Plate - (with Brian) - Its a Long Way to The Top (If you wanna Rock n Roll) - (with Bon) - Thunderstruck - Live at River Plate or Donington - (with Brian) -For Thouse About to Rock - Live at River Plate (is The Last song from the concert)
AC/DC has sold until 2023 or what is the highest-selling AC/DC album of all time, you are in the right place. As of 2023, AC/DC has sold more than 200 million copies worldwide. In this article, we are going to look at the highest-selling AC/DC albums until 2023 and give a little information about them.
This is my car's favorite song. I have about 6,000 songs on an SD card set to random play. The car picks this song too many times to be random. BTW, the car is black.
There are at least 20 songs to request for AC/DC. I would start with You Shook Me All Night Long. Hells Bells. Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. Whole Lotta Rosie. Touch Too Much. TNT. For Those About to Rock. The Jack. So many more.
Hey Miaaa. For your interest. The three best selling albums in the world IN HISTORY are.....#1 Michael Jackson Thriller.......#2 The Eagles Greatest Hits....and #3 ACDC Back ins Black!
What you mean with "bring em back"? They still do make music. Brian Johnson is 73 now but still can do it and Angus just never seems to get older anyway.
Hi Miaaa, This was released in 1980, It's the Title track of the album of the same name, it was dedicated to late original singer Bon Scott who passed away 4 months before the album was released 😀😀 The singer here is Brian Johnson, who replaced late singer Bon Scott, the guitarist in the schoolboy outfit is Angus Young, the band have been going strong for 50 years!! 😀 😀 AC/DC formed in Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺 🇦🇺, in 1973!! 😀 😀 Check out Thunderstruck by AC/DC, you'll absolutely love it 😀 😀 🤘 🤘 🎸 🎸 🎸
This was one of my favorite jams in High school. I'm now a 60 year old great grandma. This song, this band is timeless!
I'm glad I found you! Nothing worse than a reaction video when they stop every 30 seconds and have to talk. Your facial expressions and written commentary is all we need until the end. Keep up the great work!!
Yeah or every 5 seconds that's so annoying too
In agreement! I love the way you react! Keep up the good work.
You got a new fan. Need to check out all your reaction videos. Keep rockin Babe!
And it never fails, every time somebody reviews, thunderstruck, they stop the tape right before the really, really good part
You have to remember that this song was a tribute to their singer who just died and this is the replacement he recommended@!!!!!!
A few years ago the Gap ran a commercial with a young Audrey Hepburn dancing to this. Right out of the Twilight Zone.
Still kicks ass 40 years later.
ac/dc is pure rock and roll
Sitting in my friends living room waiting for him to get ready so we can go to school 9 yrs old his dad bought him the album he cranks it up full blast it was instant love been hooked ever since then 40 yrs later

Brian Johnson is great. But I absolutely LOVED Bon Scott. There'll never be anyone else like him.
Yeah me to Bon was grittier then Brian no knock on him just different I like both eras but I like the Bon stuff more.
Four actually, but hardly anyone got to hear Dave Evans and everyone tries very hard to forget Axl Rose.
Excellent point, I'm 63, and believe it or not 'Back In Black' was the first and only LP of AC/DC that I ever bought, and still have. Of course I have it on CD now too.

Wow , Love This ♡ Appreciate You Doc !
My favorite part is, "Get otta' my way!", epic.
Brian Johnson's vocal chords sound like they've been magisterial for decades in Jack Daniel's and Marlboro cigarettes.
This album is my workout music. I lift weights to this. I'm 71. Ya' never grow old with Rock & Roll!

This song and album was a tribute to their previous singer, Bon Scott who died of alcohol poisoning, 4 months before this album came out
It’s even more amazing that this song was released in 1980 which makes it 43 years old.

Glad you dig that video. AC/CD rocks and so do you Mia.
All white rock and roll music goes back to black blues music. Acdc said their biggest inspiration was little Richard. ❤ 🌑 🎸
Chuck Berry was more of their influence according to Angus

What you mean with "bring em back"? They still do make music. Brian Johnson is 73 now but still can do it and Angus just never seems to get older anyway.
Music like this isn't being made any more " Bring It Back " is what was meant, or that's how I perceived it.
Hi Miaaa, This was released in 1980, It's the Title track of the album of the same name, it was dedicated to late original singer Bon Scott who passed away 4 months before the album was released 😀😀
The singer here is Brian Johnson, who replaced late singer Bon Scott, the guitarist in the schoolboy outfit is Angus Young, the band have been going strong for 50 years!! 😀 😀
AC/DC formed in Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺 🇦🇺, in 1973!! 😀 😀
