Bruh this is what's happening to me now. Idk whose bright idea was it to put the line out the hose with a plastic hose running to the lawn but now I got a swamp. I am beyond pissed off. I don't want to dig up the yard now cause I can with all the mud

Wouldn't small bubbler pot just pump the water out above ground and go out to the sidewalk?
In most cases, no. The water will get resaturated back into the hardpan clay. There are not a lot of bubbler pot installation options in neighborhoods where homes are very close to each other.
If you do that in cold climates, the water is just going to freeze
