That's a very good question @Gautam Kalra. The Radial tunnel is one of the places where the PIN can get compressed. Sir, I had radial nerve palsy after the ORIF of distal humerus with titanium plate and 12 screws. It’s nearly 6 months now after the surgery but I can’t still lift the wrist and extend the fingers. NCV with EMG says “motor ncs reveals CMAPs and SNAPs are absent in radial nerve”. Till How long I can go for nerve transfer before it gets permanent damaged sir? Or tendon transfer is the only option at this stage? Plz reply sir

Sometimes it may be difficult to identify the radial nerve within the thick scar. The posterior cutaneous branch may serve as a guide.
