What to do in a case of Radial Nerve Palsy? Process of Decision making to help plan the treatment!
Вставка

- When faced with a patient with a radial nerve palsy, we need to make a plan of management.
Should we operate and explore the nerve or not?
If we are not going to operate, what splint should we advice?
If we are going to operate, what procedure should we do, a nerve repair or graft, or nerve transfer?
Should we do a tendon transfer also?
What is Internal splinting, and in which patients should we do it?
What are the types of tendon transfers, and which tendon transfer is useful for which type of involvement in radial nerve palsy?
And when should we carry out our plan of surgery... immediately or later? If later, when?
All these questions are answered in this video!
Thank you extremely helpful I hand wrist drop syndrome for about 2 weeks now no improvement but I know what I did a sat night deep sleep from drinking that there's no fracture I'm using splint with the finger bands I'm a bartender so without it would be impossible to work I'm just taking all b vitamins fish oil flossing and praying it heals on it's own I'm fairly young 37 but also will never have a drink again because even though I don't drink the night I choose to drink resulted in possible loss of a limb completely but instead now just a loss for several months but I've watched about 20 videos on radial nerve palsy and this way by far the most informative and extensive explanation out there thank you dr
It will definitely recover completely! But it will take more time - rather like a couple of months maybe, for some people. So stay positive!
Andrew ... How's u now brother?
Back to 100 percent after maybe 5weeks
