I faced a similar problem, had sold a vehicle in May end, RC expired and the dealer gave the car in custody of the buyer, still did not transfer the RC name. I came across this channel and this video and realised I am in risk. I went and pressurized the dealer to renew the RC. Now I am waiting for the new RC to come and will do the procedure as detailed beautifully in the video. When I faced a lot of pressure, I texted Thankachan John sir and he was quick to reply to my query. Though he was very busy and out of station, he called me and adviced me regarding what has to be done further and how to go about things. Such a wonderful person.

Hello Sir. I am purchasing a second hand vehicle via mobile otp verification. Now I need to upload a present address proof. Since I am living in a rental apartment all my documents are not with this address. I only have gas connection and broad band connection with the current address. I do have a rental agreement which was made in year 2020. In this case will my rental agreement did nov 2020 and print of latest gas delivery bill is sufficient ? Or should I make a new rental agreement and submit it as proof for current address ?

Hi Sir, ഞാൻ 5 വർഷം മുൻപ് കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നും എൻ്റെ bike transfer ചെയ്യാനായി NOC എടുത്ത് BANGALORE ഇൽ RE register ചെയ്യാനുള്ള plan ആയിരുന്നു. പുറത്ത് പോകേണ്ടി വന്നതിനാൽ വണ്ടിയുടെ re registration നടന്നില്ല. ഇപ്പൊൾ ഞാൻ കേരളത്തിൽ തിരിച്ചെത്തിയതിനാൽ വണ്ടി കേരളത്തിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ട് വരാൻ ആണ് പ്ലാൻ. Bangalore RTO il ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ, 5 വർഷമായിട്ടും RE REGISTER ചെയ്യാത്തതിനാൽ കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നെടുത്ത NOC cancel ചെയ്യാൻ സെക്ഷൻ 177 പ്രകാരം ഏകദേശം 15000 രൂപ വരുമെന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്. ഈ fine അടച് NOC CANCEL ചെയ്താൽ, കേരളത്തിൽ ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യേണ്ട ആവശ്യമുണ്ടോ? ഈ പറയുന്ന ഫൈൻ യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഉള്ളതാണോ?
